As soon as you pull into the carports, let your two welcome dogs out to sniff the grass, and unload your bags with the use of a convenient elevator, you’ll feel the tranquility of this beachfront getaway take hold. A boardwalk right next to the house leads you across the dunes to the water’s edge. An even closer waterfront option is a private pool, two outdoor showers, and a gas grill. A few steps up to the first level reveals a covered deck featuring Adirondack chairs and inside, a spacious game room featuring a pool table, wet bar, café table, sectional sofa and 50-inch TV. There’s a half-bath on this level, too, along with an ensuite bedroom with two bunkbeds, giving the kids their own space.
Four more bedrooms, all with ensuite baths and deck access, occupy the second level. Three are kings and one has two single beds. There is also a media room on this level featuring a TV and deck access. On the deck, a five-person hot tub provides the perfect opportunity to relax with a soothing soak before drifting off to sleep as the ocean waves offer a rhythmic lullaby. A laundry room with two washers and two dryers completes this level.
The final bedroom, an ensuite king, is located on the upper level and features a soaking tub, tile shower and deck access. Here, too, is the home’s great room where large picture windows capture the magnificence of the horizon. The kitchen is a cook’s dream: granite countertops, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, a breakfast counter with three bar stools and plenty of room to make those memorable vacation meals that can be shared around a 14-seat dining table. A sunroom off the kitchen also has a four-seat table where early-risers can enjoy their coffee with the sunrise. Three plush sofas in front of the 50-inch TV bring everyone together for evenings of games, cards and TV watching as ceiling fans whir overhead. But the best seats in the house are the ones in front of the floor-to-ceiling window that provides a front-row view of the Atlantic Ocean. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
