No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed. No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please keep noise levels low, especially in common areas and outdoors. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 9(4 upstairs, 5 downstairs), including visitors during the day. Check-In/Out: Check-in is after 4:00 pm, and check-out is before 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Report Damages: Please report any damages or breakages to the host immediately to avoid additional charges. Leave Clean: Guests are expected to leave the property in a tidy condition. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive cleaning required after check-out. Dispose of Garbage: Use designated bins for garbage and recycling. Follow waste disposal guidelines. Secure Property: Ensure all doors and windows are locked securely when leaving the property. Parking: Park only in your designated parking spot. Respect other guests parking space.
