Welcome to our captivating 3-bedroom LA haven, positioned ideally between the vibrant areas of Culver City and Mid-City. This residence is designed to merge opulence with practicality, providing a supreme setting for groups of up to 6 to gather, share great conversations, and experience all that Los Angeles has to offer.
Near Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Urban Light, Universal, and Walk of Fame.

Our home offers 3 luxurious bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. You'll enjoy restful nights on four king-size beds equipped with plush bedding.
Bedroom 1 - Revel in the expansive primary bedroom, featuring a king bed set against contemporary decor, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation.
Bedroom 2 - This stylish room includes a king bed, seamlessly blending modern elegance with comfort, designed for a tranquil retreat, and a 65-inch TV.
Bedroom 3 - A third king bed graces this room, offering a chic and serene space adorned with tasteful furnishings.
BATHROOMS
You'll find 3 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. All baths are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners.
The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor convertible dining table has enough chairs for 4 guests and a bar for 4 more guests!
The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, provides a perfect setting for meals, while the bright and airy living space is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a 65-inch TV, ideal for relaxation and entertainment.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Experience outdoor living with a spacious backyard featuring a seven-person jacuzzi, 2 fireplaces, and a grill for frying a juicy steak. Enjoy the designated smoking area in the front yard, and take advantage of the private garage for two cars. Nearby hiking locations offer opportunities to explore the natural beauty around.

In the front yard, you will find a table football set that provides an enjoyable recreational option for guests and their companions. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to 10th highway. There is a grocery store 5 min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area of Carlin Street.

This town-home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step onto the designed smoking area and enjoy.
Absolutely no parties and smoking are permitted on our premises. To ensure compliance, we have implemented extensive security measures including outdoor cameras, video doorbells, as well as noise, smoke, and party crowd event detectors within each property. Any violation of these rules, resulting in the activation of any detector, will lead to immediate eviction without the option of a refund. We extend courtesy and respect to all our guests and expect the same in return for our properties.
Charges and penalties:
1. Early check-in(1 pm)— 50$ (after the request is approved - not guaranteed).
Late check-out - 25$ each 30min. after 11 am.
2. Parking on the driveway first time- fine 150 $, the second time tow a car at the expense of the owner.
3. We are a residential, not commercial building. Doing commercial business - 300$ fine and immediate cancelation without any refund.
4. No parties allowed. Fine 1000$ and immediate cancellation without any refund.
5. Smoking in an inappropriate place on the property or in the house- 700$ fine. Second time- cancellation of the booking.
6. Pets are not allowed. Penalty 1500$.
7. Using the Jacuzzi at night, after working hours(9 am-10pm) fine 250$.
8. Violation of quiet hours (10 pm-9 am) fine 250$.

Some aspects were fantastic, like the hot tub and how friendly the host was.
Others were terrible, like the garage being so small you can't park in it without folding in mirrors and the useless foosball table that had a sign telling you not to move it.
There were some things missing like oven mitts but nothing we couldn't work around. The strangest thing by far was the location. The pictures are correct, but it’s not located where it says it is. The host did explain this to us, but I'd like to see it mentioned in the listing before I've paid.

The was perfect for the space we needed for our family of four. Be mindful of the size vehicle you bring to the property as the garage door entrance is narrow. We drive a 4-door sedan car and had trouble gettingin and out. The street nearby was congested and the neighborhood was a little crowded. Aside from those issues the townhouse itself was comfortable and sufficient.

When we booked our stay we got an email saying that due to construction the actual address was different than the listing. I was concerned about a potential bait and switch, but they stated the property was only a mile away and the apartment layout and furnishings were exactly the same so we rolled the dice.
I was surprised that we didn’t receive our key code an hour before arrival as our confirmation email had outlined. When we arrived promptly at check in time we still hadn’t received our key code and we found another family already in the garage unloading their belongings. Both families were somehow booked to the same alternate location (due to construction), so we got on the phone with the property manager to clear it up. I feel bad for the other family, but we were allowed to stay and they were booted (maybe because we had booked a longer stay).
Parking in the garage is very tight, but that’s to be expected in this part of town. We could barely fit our minivan through the entrance. Anything larger than a minivan won’t fit.
The apartment itself was nice. The kitchen was updated nicely, and the decor was as shown in the listing. It was nice having king sized beds in comfortable bedrooms. The bathrooms were nice and the water pressure was adequate. The only complaint about the apartment was one of the handrails didn’t quite reach the top of the stairs making for some uncertain descents.
Location was within a 35-40 minute drive of Universal Studios.
