Paradise Point by Bailey Vacation Properties is our 5th Perdido Key Property in a quiet neighborhood in Perdido Key, Florida and provides PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS for the neighborhood AND backyard access to BOATING ON THE OPEN WATER. The neighborhood is surrounded by the sanctuary of Perdido Key State Park, which adds to the peacefulness. Come relax on the uncrowded beach, swim in the PRIVATE HEATED POOL, fish off the backyard TREX dock, hit the volleyball around, and park YOUR BOAT or a RENTAL Boat on the water right in the backyard! *All pools heated March 1 - November 30th*

If the exclusiveness of the neighborhood isn't enough to draw you in, this luxurious 7 bedroom/ 5 bath house and a PRIVATE HEATED POOL with a Tiki Bar, in-pool seating, splash pad, HOT TUB, and Huge TV certainly will. Short Walk, Bike, or ride from the front door to the ocean. Park your boat or rental at the dock behind the house for the duration of your stay...and explore all that the waterways of Orange Beach, Perdido Key, and Pensacola have to offer.

For your beach outings, we provide a commercial Icemaker, cooler with wheels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings. For waterway play, we provide 2 kid kayaks, 2 adult kayaks, and a SUP stand up paddleboard! For your boat, we provide pilings to tie up multiple boats, with power and water at the dock. For large groups, we have 4 other houses in the neighborhood VRBO #s 1470646 sleeps 20, #2146665 that sleeps 16, 1679216 that sleeps 14, and #2145195 that sleeps 22. Between all of them, we can accommodate 102 people.

There is ample covered and uncovered seating on the spacious balconies, tiki bar, Trex and pool decks. Ring Toss, Bocce ball, Bean Bag corn hole boards, and a PUTTING GREEN are provided for guest entertainment. The volleyball court provides fun for all! 2 Tennis & 6 Pickleball Courts in the neighborhood!

The entire 7 bedroom 5 bath house has recently been remodeled top to bottom with coastal finishes and high-end furnishings. All bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses or Tempurpedic memory foam mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. Professional Series stainless appliances are in the kitchen, which is fully stocked to cook and serve your guests.

The living rooms both feature ample seating with a large 4k HD TV. All the bedrooms, living rooms, game room, and tiki bar feature HD TVs. There is super fast wi-fi internet throughout the house.

Short drive from the house to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola.

We loved staying at paradise point. Family came together for a beach wedding. The pool was everyone’s favorite! It was perfect! We used the cornhole boards, beach volleyball, even took the kayaks and paddle boards out. Saw dolphins in the cove while kayaking! Host is very response. With any questions, we were able to reach out and received response right away. Definitely will keep in mind for future family trips. We have already passed Paradise Point onto coworkers and friends after showing pictures!!

We stayed for 6 Nights and customers come in from 7 states. Plenty of room and unbelievable accommodations. Nice place to store your boat on water and also rented 2 jet skis. Highly recommend!!! Thanks Trey Gary

Our family of 17 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well designed to accommodate our individual family units. The kitchens are amply supplied. We also enjoyed the generous supply of beach toys and equipment. The location was perfect. We heartily recommend Eric and his properties … excellent owner and host.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Paradise Point! The house is just as described. The highlight of our trip was lounging in the waterfront heated pool and spa, while grilling steaks and enjoying the view. We also loved docking our boat there and its close proximity to our favorite waterfront restaurants. The kitchens (plural) are well equipped, the mattresses are all high end and comfortable, and everything is meticulously cleaned and maintained. Lindsey, the property hostess, is very proactive and does a great job communicating and being responsive to requests. We’ve stayed here twice and will certainly book again.

Paradise Point was the perfect getaway for our girls trip! The house was spacious and clean, and the view of the bay was amazing. We spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub, and using the on-site amenities. There's so much to do just at the house, we didn't need to get out for entertainment! Eric was a great host, and the concierge, Lindsey, was very responsive. They made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This house had everything and so much more. Our family and friends gathered together in this spacious house that is decorated perfectly. We enjoyed the pool, swim up bar, hot tub, fishing off the dock, kayaking, mini golf, arcade, and the kids were so excited to find the kids cave. The short walk to the beach and the ammenities you get with renting a Bailey Vacation home is what makes it so easy and relaxing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with BVP and they know we will be back very soon!

Our family had an incredible stay! The kids loved the sand volleyball, fishing, and kayaking, while the heated pool was a hit with everyone. The house's layout was perfect for family time. Plus, the house was stocked with everything we needed for the beach and fun activities right at the house. Being close to the beach was a bonus, making our vacation truly unforgettable. Lindsey was wonderful – very welcoming, informative, and responsive! We will definitely be coming back.
