Fetovaia beach is one of the most beautiful and renowned on the island; protected from the winds by the narrow promontory that stretches out into the sea, it offers wonderful views of the various inlets and the granite boulders of Monte Capanne behind it. This fantastic property is located just 350 meters from the beach and offers two comfortable parking spaces, in addition to the large spaces for exclusive uses and comforts that only a property of this kind can offer. The furnishings are simple but functional, rustic Tuscan style, perfectly placed in a marine context that respects the typical nature of the country and island villa style.

Visiting the island in comfort has never been easier! Goelbarent, the 2022 novelty of our tour operator, offers you simple and convenient scooter and e-bike rental. We'll take care of everything, you just have to choose the vehicle that best suits your needs!
We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date.
We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.
An Independent Villa is available to our customers, tastefully furnished and perfect for those looking for a holiday in complete relaxation and tranquility; with large equipped outdoor spaces it is the right place for a full immersion in nature.
Villa sleeps 7
Property of 120 m2 plus uncovered areas, with independent entrance from a private dirt road. Inside it consists of a large living room with recently replaced modern kitchen well equipped with oven, induction burners and dishwasher; sofas, dining room and recreation area and study in the mezzanine. Very comfortable sleeping area divided into four distinct bedrooms: one double, one twin with joinable beds, one bedroom with bunk bed, one single bedroom. Two bathrooms on the ground floor (one with shower and bidet and one with bathtub) and third bathroom in the mezzanine, all renovated in 2023.
The villa boasts a large terracotta terrace developed on three sides, in some sections covered by wattle, where you can fully enjoy the panorama of the Fetovaia valley sheltered from the hot summer sun.

- gas burners; refrigerator; oven; dishwasher; TV; air conditioning (read the notes); washing machine; mosquitos nets in the bedroom

- large equipped and sometimes covered terrace, BBQ area, 2 parking spaces adjacent to the entrance, outdoor shower
Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 25 years of age are not permitted
- paid air conditioner for consumption exceeding 20 kwh per week (€1 for each extra kwh consumed, withheld from the security deposit or paid directly at check-out)
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed on request, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros (the property is not fenced)
-* the BBQ area must be used with care, as it is immersed in the park, fires must always be lit and extinguished, and it is strictly forbidden to use it on windy days
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure.
