Located in the sleepy beach town of Pine Knoll Shores, which is a virtual bird and turtle sanctuary at the beach, The Oceans is a small, very private condo complex nestled in the trees. A short stroll along our easy access, private boardwalk puts you on the beach. Plus, there is an elevated common deck area prefect for social gatherings and enjoying sunset views! Looking for some family fun nearby? Check out the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, or learn some history at Fort Macon State Park

Oceans # 12 is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, Second Row Condo on 2 living levels.

Ground Level: Bedroom # 1 has a King Bed. Bedroom # 2 has 2 twin Beds. Bedroom # 3 has 2 twin Beds.

Level One: The kitchen area has a huge breakfast bar and appliances including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, icemaker, air fryer/toaster oven, blender. The furniture is comfortable with plenty of deck space. Bedroom # 4 has a King Bed. The primary bath has been enlarged with shower and free standing tub with double vanity sink. Sliding doors provide access to the private elevated deck overlooking the grassy common area. Perfect for reading, private time, or checking in at work. FREE High Speed Wireless Internet Provided!

Additional Amenities: 5 Roku TVs including large TV in living area, Ceiling fans in kitchen and all bedrooms, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Waffle Maker, Air Fryer/Toaster Oven, Blender, Washer/Dryer, Outdoor Shower, Outdoor Decks, Deck Furniture and Garbage Disposal.

Please Note: THIS IS AN ATLANTIC BEACH OFFICE CHECK-IN. Complex rentals are ONLY allowed two (2) parking passes, which are numbered. Renters MUST check into the Atlantic Beach Office for these to be assigned.

No Smoking. No Pets.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 2-night minimum stay, (year-round).

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

The check-in procedure was easy. Friendly staff, organized unit information. When we got to the unit and opened the door there was a strong musty smell. And a stained bag full of individually wrapped linens for us to put on the beds. While making the beds it was apparent that deep cleaning had not been done in several years. Dust, hair, lint... was around the bed. I then looked at the furniture and it was caked with dust, dead skin cells, webs... I took pictures and sent to the managing office asking to be moved to another unit. My request was declined. There were 3 barstools of which 2 were broken. Outside furniture was cracked. After we made coffee in the coffee maker we found many roaches inside the coffee maker itself and craft. We then looked and they were in the toaster as well. I have photo's to provide. I cannot understand why a managing company would want to advertise this listing. I am waiting for a response from Bluewater Vacation Rentals. My recommendation is to use a different company!
