Dogs are not allowed in bedrooms and carpeted areas please
Must clean up after pets to avoid extra charges
No dogs are to be left on balcony areas alone
As no fences dogs must be on a leash when taken outside.

We do not accept schoolies bookings
Bookings:
Standard check-in: 3pm
Standard check-out: 10am
$2000 bond requires for all bookings
No parties allow and the guest numbers who book must be the numbers staying.
Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.
This property is located in a private gated property in a peaceful location overlooking the sprawling Moonah Links Golf Course, Nestled amongst some of the Peninsula's eight local golf courses and various wineries, is the perfect place to enjoy the best of The Mornington Peninsula. Including The National, St Andrews, The Dunes, Eagle Ridge, Racv Club, Rosebud Country Club, and the widespread practice driving range at Trueman's Road; sit back and relax on the deck with your group for wood fire pizza and drinks.
