This 8 Bedroom, 5 Full Bath, 1 Half Bath Almost Oceanfront House has various amenities to make your vacation stand above the rest such as a Private Seven Person Hot Tub and a Private Pool, which can be heated for an additional $625, both offer excellent ways to relax!
Total Bed Count: 4 Kings, 3 Queens, and 2 Twin Beds.
Some Stand out Amenities include: An Putting Green that was recently resurfaced. A Game Room with a Pool Table, Ping-pong Table, Claw Machine, Golden Tee with a 75” flat screen TV, and a Foosball Table. This house also has an Elevator and High-Speed Wireless Internet for its guests to use!
Additional Amenities Include: a Private Pool, a private Hot Tub, a private Elevator (to all levels), 10 Smart TVs, and Various streaming capabilities including Netflix, Hulu, and Roku. Two interior Washer/Dryers, a fully equipped Gourmet Kitchen with a Coffee maker, a double Oven, a brand-new refrigerator with an attached Ice Maker, 2 brand-new Dishwashers, a Microwave, a Wet Bar, a brand-new Wine Refrigerator, a Toaster Oven, a Kitchen-aid Mixer, and a Vitamix Blender. Covered Decks with Deck Furniture and Deck Swings, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, a Gas Grill, a Picnic Table, and a Bueno Spa Jacuzzi Tub.
Linens & Towels Provided with Beds Made (Weekly Stays Only).
No Smoking. No Pets.
No College parties or Bachelor parties.
Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.
Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
