This is the perfect home for work, healthcare professionals, game days, special events and family getaways!
This is a 3 BR/ 1.5 BA newly renovated townhome.
Includes fast WI-FI (500 mbps) , fully equipped kitchen, 60 inch Smart Roku tv in living room as well as smart tvs provided in each room, fenced in backyard with picnic table and grill (charcoal not included), washer/ dryer free of charge and much more. Each room is set up to make you feel at home which includes blackout curtains.
Full bathroom is a split layout separating the sink area and toilet/shower allowing for multiple person use while getting ready. There is also a half bath located downstairs.
There is a fee of $20 per additional guest after 6. A total of 8 guests are allowed only. The luxury queen sized air mattress is provided for the two extra guests. Please note that adding additional guests to the home limits your spacing in the home.
Parking: There are 2 standard sized parking spaces exclusively for you, directly in front of the home! A 3rd vehicle can fit parallel, blocking in your two vehicles in the standard spaces allowing for 3 total cars to fit comfortably for this home. Street parking is available, however - you should not park in any of the neighbors driveway or block in their cars. We are not responsible for any street parking. We advise car pooling due to limited space in front of the home.
This home is located in the up and coming Porters Community, a multi-cultural/ diverse neighborhood. Porters mostly consists of locals and is a family friendly environment. A few homes on the street of the townhome are not up to date, however, the neighbors are very friendly and there has been no issues of safety with any of our guests/ or in the neighborhood. The next door neighbor does have a dog that barks at noises when he is let out back, he is not an outside dog and not out 24/7. We advise looking into other homes in the area if a barking dog will ruin your stay.
Early Check-In is dependent on the home availability. Late check out requests must be made the evening before check out prior to 8pm. There is a $50 per hr fee with the latest check out time of 12pm. Late check out is not guaranteed. It is dependent on same day check ins and our cleaners availability.
Dog fee - $50
Second Dog fee - $25 (sent through a fee request)
(2 Dogs MAX - , NO CATS or any other animals allowed).
Make sure to include the number of dogs in your reservation. If dog(s) are not registered and or you bring any other animal to the home, a violation fee of $200 will be charged. No exceptions.
As per VRBO policies - If booking with a service animal: "A guests service animal must not be left alone at the listing without prior approval."
Help us to keep the yard clean - please pick up and properly dispose of any feces from your pets left in the backyard out of courtesy of the next guest. Poo bags are provided. If this responsibility is left to the cleaner, you may be charged an additional fee.
IMPORTANT: Please bring a kennel if your pup is not house trained and or not well behaved if left alone at the home. Any damages from you pups will be charged for repairs.
Absolutely NO smoking of ANY kind in the home. There is a private, fully fenced backyard with seating to do so. Violation fee is $500, no exceptions.
NO parties are allowed on this property. Your stay will be terminated without a refund. No Exceptions.
In order to access the home, a picture of your driver's license as verification will need to be verified by the host through the message board prior to check-in and receiving smart lock code. You will not receive check-in instructions if refused.

The townhome was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The host really pays attention to detail with having essentials such as toiletries, dish soap, kitchen and grill ware, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the home.

We rented this house for my cousins graduation at UF & we really felt we couldn’t have found a better rental. It was in walking distance to a bunch of little food spots like Luke’s Bagels (which were delicious btw). It was about a 5 minute ride to downtown Gainesville as well as UF. The neighbors were all friendly and having 2 parking spots was a bonus for us.
The house was equipped with absolutely anything and everything you could possibly need from a coffee maker to water bottles in the fridge. The backyard was pretty spacious and they even provide doggy bags to pick up after ur pet. The house had a ton of games that we most definitely utilized and had a lot of fun playing! The beds were comfy and there was a plethora of towels, soap & any toiletries u may need.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would 10/10 recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place to rent while visiting Gainesville. Kadeidra was so communicative and helpful to answer any questions promptly. She really was a delight to coordinate with and made sure we were taken care of.
My family and I truly have no complaints nor critiques. Our stay was great!

We stayed here to visit my Gator at UF. It’s a very convenient location to stay. Easy drive to UF campus. Property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. 2 parking spots which was great.
We brought my partner’s service dog and had no issues bringing her along.
If you’re a Luke’s bagel lover, it’s literally around the block! 5 minute walk! Big bonus for me!

The host has gone to great effort to address needs of guests and the unit was very clean. It is an great place to stay if you have a dog as the back yard has a nice tall, new wooden privacy fence.

The place was clean, in a good location right (right next to depot park, a few minutes from downtown and UF) and had great amenities. The host was very professional.
