2. Driveway Parking for 4 vehicles. Garage will fit 2 compact vehicles or one large vehicle such as an SUV. Driveway has a slight upslope. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
