About this house rental

It doesn’t get any better than this spacious three bedroom, two bathroom pool home located in a family friendly neighborhood minutes from Florida’s gorgeous gulf beaches. Stay in and enjoy a relaxing day in your private yard swimming in the pool, or head to downtown St Pete or Tampa to see a game or visit the aquarium, both within 30 minutes of the house. The house has a fully stocked kitchen plus propane grill that make prepping meals a breeze. Well behaved canine companions welcome for a fee. Host Chris is fully available to all guests 24-7 and can be reached via phone (call or text) or through the app. It is our priority that you have the best possible experience!
As noted above , the owner may be on property in a full fenced in camper (you will still have total privacy). Please let us know what we can do to make your stay completely amazing

This is a Great house close to the beaches and shopping. The Host Chris is fantastic, the home is spacious and clean with all the amenities you could need and a nice pool. Very nice quiet neighborhood is great for taking walks and there is a big park nearby with 2 miles of walking trails. I can’t recommend this place enough, I would definitely book again.

My dog Apollo and I had an amazing stay at Chris’s House. He told us where all the beautiful parks, bars, restaurants and beaches (which were all dog friendly). He also offers dolphin tours and sand bar hangouts on his boat for a small fee. We relaxed in his in backyard pool after a long day of sight seeing. House has plenty of room for two couples with the open spilt floor plan. Definitely highly recommend ! Normally I’d say I’d definitely be back next year, but it will certainly be before then ! The property was just as described. Very comfortable stay and close to everything you could ever need. Communication before and during our stay was great, host answered all of our questions right away. Host was very hospitable and friendly. Looking forward to planning another trip!
