We recommend prepaying the valet fee for your entire stay upon arrival to secure valet services for your entire stay.

Street parking along the Ala Wai Canal is free and street parking directly out front is metered (both very limited). Please be mindful of the street signs.

For building check in, I am required to register all guests with their full names (guests must provide legal names and no unregistered guests allowed!)

Guests must follow all Royal Garden House Rules. All fines incurred for violation of Royal Garden House Rules will be the responsibility of the guest.

No smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes, hookah, weed pens, etc.) inside.

Please do not rearrange furniture. Please refrain from opening windows and use the AC/fan instead. Hawaii is native to many animals/bugs (including geckos and cockroaches). We perform quarterly pest control, but an occasional bug may come in from outside.

Violation of house rules will result in immediate termination/eviction of the stay without refund.

KEY CARDS: Please return your amenities key card to the security at checkout. Lost key cards will incur a $50 charge per key card.

Guests accept and understand that messages/requests sent between 8pm-6am HT may not be responded to until the next morning (sorry, I might be sleeping! If you know you will need to contact me between that time, please give me advance notice via Airbnb app, and I will try my best to accommodate you).
