At the heart of the house lies a large, light-filled French kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, inviting you (or a private chef) to craft gourmet meals to be savoured at the grand kitchen table, al fresco or in the sophisticated dining room.
Two beautiful living areas provide ideal spaces for relaxation and socialising with family and friends. The house also offers a dedicated office area overlooking the tranquil courtyard fountain for those needing a workspace during their stay.
Entertainment options are on point, including a lit boules court, a library for quiet reading and a pool table for some friendly competition. Stay connected if you need to, with high-speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV at your fingertips. The main living room boasts a 2-meter wide retractable screen connected to all international TV channels, perfect for those wanting to follow major sporting events.
Outside, the property showcases a breathtaking outdoor haven with a large heated swimming pool (5 m x 18 m), a summer kitchen with a pizza oven and plancha grill, and an abundance of plush sun loungers for basking in the Provençal sun. The meticulously maintained gardens provide a serene oasis for guests to unwind.
The first-floor rooms open up to a spacious terrace offering captivating views of Ménerbes, while the ground-floor bedrooms provide convenient access to the beautifully landscaped gardens.
Each bedroom is uniquely adorned with opulent linens, creating an atmosphere of refined luxury.
On the ground floor, an ensuite bedroom accessible from the large living room opens onto the garden. On the other side of the building, two other bedrooms with bathrooms also have access to the garden.
On the first floor, served by 3 different staircases, 4 bedrooms open onto the magnificent terrace with views of the village in the distance.
The master suite has independent access from the dining room. At the top of the staircase is a bathroom with a double basin, a walk-in shower and a bathtub. A few steps down, the large bedroom with a walk-in dressing room.
The two other staircases accessible from the large entrance hall lead to :
- A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace.
- A nursery with a cot. This room shares its bathroom with a double bedroom, which opens onto the terrace and also has a private balcony with an outdoor bathtub.
- A large bedroom with two single beds, a daybed, and an ensuite bathroom. It also has access to the terrace.

The property and the village of Ménerbes are approximately 50 kilometres from Avignon and 60 kilometres from Aix-en-Provence. The nearest airport is Marseille Provence Airport. The nearest train station is Avignon TGV.

The property is peacefully located at the end of a private road, on an enclosed plot surrounded by nature, only a 5-minute drive from the hilltop village of Ménerbes, in the heart of the Luberon Valley in Provence.
Ménerbes is a perched village that boasts traditional French architecture, with its stone houses and narrow cobblestone streets. Stunning landscapes of vineyards, olive groves, and fields of lavender surround the village. There are a number of restaurants, shops and cafes in Ménerbes, which we will happily guide you to upon request.
## Transit
We recommend travellers wishing to stay in this property to have a car. However, The Luberon Concierge can arrange to have guests picked up from the airport or the train station, and a chauffeur can be available upon request during their stay.
