CLEANING
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was generally great! There are some minor repairs that need to be done. The unit has a foosball table but no foosball. The margarita machine was awesome! The beds are very comfortable!

It was a very clean house. We definitely enjoyed staying there. We didn’t realize the kitchen was at the top floor until we got there. I’m sure it’s in the description, but I must’ve looked over that. It was very close to the beach. It was very quiet. The neighbors were very nice.! My daughter enjoyed her birthday and we enjoy celebrating it with her. Unfortunately, I left my games there in the game room, but it’s OK. I hope other families can enjoy them.!

We loved our stay for our yearly family vacation. The property management was very easy to get ahold of. One thing was that our check-in time was 4p but we couldn’t enter until 4:20p because they were fixing some things in the house. Not really a big deal. The house was great and we had plenty of room for all 15 of us. The kitchen on the 3rd floor was a little off setting due to we had to hoof a weeks worth of groceries for 15 up the stairs, but the kids helped so we got it done. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. All in all we had a very good time 😊

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed upon arrival that the downstairs Air Conditioning did not work. We called management, and they responded quickly. However, the A/C went out again and was not working upon departure.Also, the upstairs commode did not flush every time.The kitchen was adequately accommodated with the exception of the pots and pans. They need to be replaced.

We were in town for my son's winging, so we did a lot of driving between Corpus Christi and Kingsville, which meant we weren't able to spend as much time at the property as we would have liked to. We had 10 members of my family and there was more than enough room for all of us. The property was very clean, there is a nice view from the upper levels, good location near the beach. We would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived about 40 minutes earlier than check in time and the cleaning crew had just gotten there. They said it was very dirty from the previous guests so we told them to take their time and make sure it’s clean. They did not. We found a beer can in the bunk room, pasties in a shower, and the floor was filthy.We had a stopped up bathtub the first night we were there along with the buttons not working on the keypad to get in, a glass blinds attachment on a door falling off, exterior doors not closing/locking correctly, towel rings falling off the wall in 2 bathrooms, etc (just overall a lot of little things that need attention). Called first thing in the morning and it took them until after 6pm to come. When maintenance arrived they fixed the stop up, got the blinds to not fall off when the door shut, the buttons working on the keypad but couldn’t get the doors closing correctly or the towel bars falling off - said they needed replaced. I also talked to him about the washer. It was terrible- it was VERY noisy, rusty and shook its way out into the hallway (it even went far enough to pull the drain line out and make a water mess). You only get a few extra towels so the washer was a necessity to have clean towels. The maintenance guy said he’d get an appliance guy out there to fix it the next day and they never came so we didn’t have an operating washer for our trip that was much needed. They did bring us extra towels the night before we left.The refrigerator had a broken shelf and the ice maker cover on the front was falling off.The WiFi would not work. After 2 trips of coming out to work on it they finally gave us the neighbors login so we would have WiFi on our last day.The pans were no good so we bought one to use while there.The people answering the phone and who came out were all very nice but we did not get problems resolved in a timely manner (or at all in the washers case). I felt like we were constantly wa

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at 3:20pm we reached out and asked if early check in was 3:30 two maintenance men enter the property and come back out and let us know that the AC downstairs was not working but they could probably let us in and they would bring in a portable AC. I received a reply stating they were still checking on property and we would not be able to enter until 4pm. We enter at 4pm and a few min later the mainenance comes back with portable ac. At night the AC only cooled down one of the rooms downstairs the other was hot and humid, our bathtub on the 2nd floor was also not draining, i messaged property but received no response. It was late so I left it for the next day. The following morning I reached out again and let them know that tub had not drained overnight. They responded that the AC techs will be out at noon and asked if the tub had yet drained if they needed to send someone out. We dealt with AC techs installing a new ac and causing fire alarms to go off, bathtubs and sinks not draining. My family member sat on an outside chair and the leg gave out. Upkeep of this place is not the best. Enjoyed the location.

Wonderful family time together . Lots of space with 3 stories to spread out. 3rd floor large enough to accommodate everyone at once. Made for a Christmas to remember! Walking distance to beach for play and relaxation and even a cozy fire on the beach at night👍

Absolutely great family vacation. First time with entire group includes 3 children 2 and under. Only critisium of beach house was that the kitchen was on the 3rd floor. Lots of up and down for us older folks but overall stay was totally worth it. Great location to beach. Within a 5 minute walk. Great splashpad and pool for kids.

This was a great beach house. My only complaint was that the sofa’s were drenched for some reason (maybe cleaner??) we flipped them over and it was fine. The kitchen is on the 3rd story so carrying coolers up was kinda of exhausting. We all had fun though!

We took our extended family on vacation, ages 6 to 62. We had a great time. We found that the beach was a 10 minute walk away. We couldn't get the televisions to work in any of the bedrooms so the kids actually gathered on the main floor with us! We usually have to force them away from their games & such. It was a wonderful experience. We ordered groceries for delivery. Our extensive order was there in a couple of hours so that was a bonus. There's enough room for 18 people. We're thinking of bringing more folks down in the future.

Beautiful, clean and spacious home, short distance to the beach. Nice view of the beach on the third floor. We had a group of 20 and everyone fit comfortably. Communication was great. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a last minute change of plans for post-Christmas getaway (thanks to Southwest Airlines). We quickly pivoted and found this great property that was a short, five-minute walk to the beach. The property was just as described, and though there were 19 of us staying here for 3 nights, it never felt crowded. Each family had their own space. I would highly recommend this property and the management company.

We had 19 in our group - 9 were children. We could have used one more big bed for adults, but we made do. The commons room with foosball and 4 bunk beds was great for the kids. Wonderful pools (short walk to the big one) available. $12 parking permit for beach. Kitchen was a little small for that many people, but again, we made it work. Some felt it was hot upstairs (main floor) compared to lower two floors. Manager very accommodating with getting us in a little early on check-in, and providing baby gates and pack and play.

This was an excellent property for our large family vacation. The decor was coastal and was looks fresh and updated. The floor plan was great as there were bedrooms on each floor including a king sized bed on each level. Each room has a TV which offers a place to get away from the group when needed. The kitchen & living room are on the top floor but that was not a problem. The house was very clean, the bed linens were fresh, and the appliances were in good working order. We found everything in the kitchen we needed except for a hot pad LOL. The kids really enjoyed the pool which was also kept clean. The gate is locked for safety but a key was provided. There Is a game room on the bottom floor which offered a foos ball table and a pinball type machine. This provided some great entertainment as well. There are 2 assigned parking spots in the front but there is extra parking in the back. It was only a short walk to the beach which even the little kids could manage. You can park on the beach but you have to purchase a pass for that. There is a small fenced in area at the back of the house with a picnic table and charcoal grill. However it is not a large grill so it took a while for us to grill all that was needed. But it didn’t take away from the enjoyment of the trip by any means. I am happy to recommend this lovely home for your family. It won’t disappoint.

We had a great vacation at this property. The condo was perfect for our family. Reservations were easy, check in went great, house was clean and stocked as advertised, easy access to the beach, kids loved the pools on property as well. Only suggestion I have would to maybe add the stairs in the description as there are a lot of them and some are steep. It was not an issue for our group, but could be for others.

We had a family group of 14, ages 60 to 1 yr. old. There was plenty of room for everyone. The cleanliness of entire house was amazing. Short walk to beach in the morning then we spent the early evenings visiting the 2 pools on the property. Kitchen, living room, media room and bedroom were all very adequate for our needs. I would definitely recommend this rental property to others!

My Girl Scouts & their moms stayed here for our Bridging ceremony. The condo was clean & well equipped. Only issue with cleanliness was the floor, but it's a beach house so sand would be around. I was confused about a few things when I booked, like how many actual beds there were & whether this was a detached house or not, things I could have asked about, but it was good for a large group. The only issues were: the modem for the internet was broken, but it was fixed on Day 2 of our stay, a ladder for one of the bunk beds was broken, & a pedal on the video game was broken. Very responsive maintenance.

We had a fantastic time at our family reunion. There was plenty of room for my family, my siblings' families, and my parents. A quick walk to the beach was perfect for our group. We appreciated the hose to rinse off sand in the backyard. It was perfect.
