We also offer our guests free use of our kayaks during your stay,. And let's not forget the incredible view of the historic Buchanan Dam – you won't get enough of it!

Now, let's talk perks! You've got three separate dwellings perched high up on the lot, a fabulous boathouse with a stellar observation deck, cozy beach baths, and even a screened-in open-air canteen for those lazy afternoons. There's an outdoor volleyball court, and a game room that houses a pool table, shuffleboard, and foosball table. The main house has an air-hockey table, and you'll find fun extras like horseshoe pits and disc golf, ensuring endless entertainment.

The main house is a showstopper with its eight bedrooms, 16 beds (8 beds, plus 8 twin cots that can be set up on request.), spacious rooms, and sprawling decks that offer the perfect spots to unwind. Up to 28 guests can sleep in the main house. There is another bedroom in the single-story guest house that has 2 beds and can sleep 4 additional guests. The garage apartment has another bedroom, and can sleep up to 2 guests at a time.

Cooking for a crowd is a breeze in the large, commercial-grade kitchen in the main house. It features not one, but two full sized stainless steel fridge/freezer combo units, and plenty of cupboards to keep everyone's snacks handy.

Please note that there are electrical plugs available under the gazebo for your convenience. We also have two picnic tables set up in the area. While there is a small space available for yoga, there is a larger area located above the boat area, which provides more room. Although there are no plugs at the top, you can easily run an extension cord from the bottom area if needed.

Parking:
You can park over by the garage (6-7 vehicles) and 5-6 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not park on street, on the grass, block sidewalks, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed.

There is a private boat ramp into the lake, so you can bring your own boats. We also offer free use of our kayaks, which are stored in the boathouse.
