The home was very nice and the host was great. The only complaint was that the listing is not quite accurate as there is only one bunk bed in the kids room and it is advertised as 2 sets of bunk beds. This should be corrected on your website. Overall we where happy with our stay and would stay there again.

My friends and I stayed for a long weekend of boardgames and buffets. We found this place to be extremely suitable for just that. The location is close to downtown, without being too close. The downstairs is open and easy to set up activities for everyone in a family. There are plenty of beds and a conveniently located bathroom upstairs with 3 sinks (in case you need that many) and a shower. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom with a double sink. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. There are some considerations that may affect the average family. (1) the stairs are a bit steep, and their depth (run) is short. Elderly and toddlers may have difficulty getting good foot placement, (2) the back patio lacks a shade covering, (3) some unfinished elements. Back door and upstairs bedroom windows do not have screens. BBQ area in backyard has an opening in the middle with some exposed rebar reaching out. All said and done, for a group of friends like us, the home and its host were very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Saftey is a huge concern for our family. We rented this propery becuse it was advertised as an "entire home" rental in a nice neighborhood. After traveling over 600 miles, we were shocked to see a vehicle in the driveway when we arrived. Turned out that the attached garage had been convereted and rented as a seperate unit. The only thing seperating the main house from the converted garage was a door with a sign indicating not to open the door becuse it was occupied by someone else. No visible deadbolt lock or aparent security measures on the door. We could not tell who was there, nor did we feel secure due to the attached unit set up. There was no interior lock on the door leading to what appeared to be a "shared laundy and bathroom" We did not know for sure who was in the unit, which made us extremely uncomfortable. When we contacted the host, he apologized for not communicating the fact that there was an attached unit rented seperatly. While he did explain the situation, and who was in the unit, we were left with no choice but to accept a situation that we would not have agreed to had we known prior to booking. It is a nice comfortable home, but comfort includes feeling secure. We did not.
