KITCHEN: Fully equipped, 4-stool breakfast bar, gas range cooktop and oven, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, slow cooker, cooking basics, dishware, utensils
INDOOR LIVING: A furnished living area, a flat-screen Smart TV, dining table, laptop-friendly desk, soaking tub
OUTDOOR LIVING: Direct lake access, dock, kayak, wicker loungers, Adirondack chairs, private deck, dining table, gas grill and fire pit (bring your own firewood)
GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, iron & board, hairdryers, linens, towels, hot water baseboard heat, window A/C units, keyless entry
PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles)
ACCESSIBILITY: There are stairs to access the building from the driveway. The home is also three levels so two sets of stairs. There is a bathroom on the main floor though. Maine winters are unpredictable but the driveway is accessed directly off of a plowed state highway. Watch your step around the property and water when icy or wet.
Guest can access the entire property.
Guest interaction is highly encouraged if needed, I'm here to help! I am not always local but there are caretakers in the area for whatever you may need, just ask.
Bucksport is a small town in Downeast Maine. The lakehouse is conveniently located within 15 minutes of shopping centers like Walmart in Brewer and Bangor and less than an hour day trip to Bar Harbor, Mount Desert Island, Maine's Acadia National Park, and the rest of Downeast Maine. About 25 minutes to Bangor International Airport.
You'll want a car to explore any surrounding areas, but you also would have all you need to enjoy a week right at the house. This area of Maine does not have consistent rideshare service. If you need help with coordinating transportation, let me know ahead of time. Parking is limited, please let me know if you have more than 2 or 3 vehicles and I can tell you where to park.
