About this house rental

Direct Oceanfront Sand Castle featuring Outdoor Media Room, Fire Pit, Hot Tub, and XL 16' x 25’ Saltwater Pool with stunning Ocean View. 6 BR, 6 B. K * K * K * K * K * 2Q. This Seaside Retreat with Resort-like Outdoor Amenities is located on a more secluded beach area of the island and provides guests with spectacular, unobstructed, panoramic oceanfront views. Open-concept living/dining area with ample white leather seating plus a chef’s dream gourmet kitchen featuring Wolfe® gas range and convection oven, extra-large Subzero® refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, icemaker, beautiful granite countertops and extra-large extended farm table that comfortably seats 14. Six Fabulously Private Bedroom Suites each with stunning walk-in shower ensuite bathroom, large flat screen TV and pillow-top mattress (4 OF King with deck access, 1 K with OF/SF views and 2Qs in amazing nap-time room). All beds made with 5 pillows and No Worries white bedding including comforter; Sand Castle Club bath linens, bathmats, bathrobes and beach towels. Multiple Oceanfront decks with tall deck chairs; adirondack chairs and chaise loungers: plus an outdoor media room that seats 14 located in poolside screened tiki hut and expanded pool deck with shaded dining and living space. Evening fire-pit area, outdoor cooking area featuring 2 grills – XL Wilmington Grill and XL Big Egg Grill. Plus additional oceanfront outdoor dining and 7-person hot tub located on upper deck with amazing ocean views. Outdoor shower, plumbed fish-cleaning station and full walkway to the beach. Ceiling fans throughout property. Washer/Dryer. Wireless Internet. Pet-Welcoming property with crate, bowls and dog bed provided with pet fee (required).

ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL AMENITIES: Pet Fee: $250 per dog (non-refundable).
Pool Heat: $750.
Beach Buddy Travel Package: 6 bikes, 1 golf cart - $750.
Beach Buddy Ocean Package: 12 chairs/foot stools, 6 umbrellas, cooler, 2 standup paddleboards and 4 boogie boards - $750.
Beach Buddy Service: Daily setup/take-down of Beach Buddy chairs and umbrellas - $750 (weather permitting, available Memorial Day thru Labor Day weeks only). Holiday Decoration Amenity Package (available Thanksgiving thru New Years Day weeks) - $500.
All additional fees are weekly. Contact EIR to add any optional amenities. Available year-round. Property is rented weekly only. No smoking.
