About this cottage rental
The layout of our cottage is perfect for multiple families to share space while maintaining privacy.
Our property is water access only so you will need to rent a boat or use your own. Boat launch access is easy, with a public boat launch and free parking for cars only 10 minutes away from our island. There are many boat rental options in Muskoka, so renting is easy; if you need us, we can help you with the process. The address to the Skeleton Lake Marina and adjacent public boat launch is 1008 Skeleton Lake Rd. 3, Utterson, Ont.

For mutual safety and security the property has 5 outdoor 24 hour survelliance cameras.
Main level:
Large living room with plenty of comfortable lounging space and a stunning view of the lake and forest.

Beautiful screened-in Muskoka Room with a view of the lake and sprawling perennial gardens. Perfect for morning coffee and rainy day board games. (large selection of games + books)
Principal bedroom (King Bed), Ensuite bathroom with double sinks + shower, heated floor. This bedroom has a desk workspace.
Guest bedroom (Double Bed) with shared access to the main-level bathroom
Main Level Bathroom: single sink, tub/shower combo, heated floor
Large wraparound deck with plenty of seating and fantastic views of the lake and expansive gardens. Just off the deck is a Napoleon BBQ and Weber smoker.

Queen Bed with views of the forest - feels like a treehouse!

Lakeside firepit, perfect after a sauna session (6 muskoka chairs)
Sandy Beach with step access into shallow water (children's sand toys provided)
2,500 sq ft boathouse with a full-size fridge, beverage fridge and bar
The waterfront is equipped with 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, 2 SUP, and a water trampoline
