About this house rental
This 300 m & # 178; large activity house is located on a large natural plot in the land area between Vestervig and Hurup. From the house it is 6 km to the Limfjord and 12 km to the North Sea. The house is located in the countryside, as part of a production farm with livestock, on a large plot with south-facing garden, where there is plenty of space for outdoor activities. There is a small artificial lake on the plot and there are 2 football goals and a sandbox. There is a large terrace, part of which is covered. In addition, there is an additional terrace located separately in the garden. On the ground floor you will find the house's modern kitchen, which is well equipped with ceramic hob, two built-in ovens with grill and microwave, dishwasher and American fridge / freezer. There is also a large, extra cupboard freezer and fridge available. In connection with the kitchen there is a dining area. On the ground floor you will find the bathroom, which is equipped with toilet, shower, whirlpool and underfloor heating. There is also an extra toilet with sink and underfloor heating. There is washer and dryer. Large living room with comfortable furniture and flat screen TV with both Danish and German channels. On the ground floor there are 2 good bedrooms, both with double bed. On the first floor there is an open living room. Extra TV with PlayStation2 is set up in one of the bedrooms. On the first floor there are a total of 4 bedrooms. Three with 2 single beds, and one with a double bed. In addition, there is a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating. A wonderful place, which is ideal for several families who want to holiday and use the house's activity opportunities but also a really good place for family parties, extended weekends or for company events. Not for rent to craftsmen and youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
