It was a great stay! We did have an issue with the pool but the property manger/host were quick communicate and resolve it. There are a few outlets that were not completely put into the wall so we did have to keep a close on our toddlers to make sure they were not touching them. Unfortunately those outlets were in the kids room. The house was clean and shocked with plenty of towels and beach towels. There was so much to offer in the garage for the beach. The golf cart was so nice and convenient to have also. Overall this is a great house for families to stay at and we really enjoyed our time in Miramar beach!

Beach Baby was a great house for our 4 families! The close proximity to the beach was amazing and our littles loved the pool! We had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the golf cart to make quick runs to the grocery store or just to ride around. The beach was great and always clean from the seaweed each day. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future!

My 4 children and I stayed at Beach Baby for a 4 day vacay. Everything was perfect and the house included everything we could possibly need. I mean everything! In the garage there are many things for fun days at the beach including chairs, umbrella, and beach toys/games for the kids. There is a 6 seat electric golf cart that I did not use because I just didn’t want the hassle of using 2 car seats but it looked to be pretty new and fun. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kids especially enjoyed the pool. The outdoor shower was appreciated after coming from the beach. The kids and I couldn’t ask for anything else for our first Florida vacation! This house was really a perfect pick!

The property is beautiful and fully furnished. Everything you could ever want or need in the kitchen. There were labels on everything which was very convenient.
We had an issue with the WiFi and pool heating on arrival both of which were quickly addressed. Alex was very responsive and was very accommodating. Great customer service.
There is a very short walk to the beach. Shorter than it looks on the map. The beach is beautiful white sand. We did not rent chairs or umbrellas because the home had all the beach accessories available to us in the garage. Definitely appreciated.
We never used the golf cart- but it looks brand new. Having the grocery store so close we walked for any grocery needs.
We would definitely stay here again.
Location is perfect- not super busy like Destin.

Great location! Beautiful home! Truly a 2-3 minute walk from the beach. My 3 and 1 year old were both able to walk to and from the beach by themselves it was so close. Great neighborhood. Quick response when we had some AC problems that were immediately fixed. Cute kids room upstairs with bunk beds. Beds were comfortable. House has a ton of beach stuff in the garage to use. No need to rent chairs or umbrellas. Pack a wagon to bring it to the beach. Great area. Winn Dixie right across the street and lots of restaurants. Only complaint was walking up to the 3rd floor with my kiddos but I just got a work out for the week!

Beach home @ 30a Beach girls. This vacation was one of the best trips. Our home was so perfectly maintained and beautiful! Steps from the beach with everything you need, so many awesome beach items in garage. Jada, Maci and Hollie are very responsive when you need anything or have questions! Restaurants and fun are very close by. We will be back again!

Great place for family gathering! We celebrated my moms 75th birthday at this beautiful house. It was the first time all 6 grandkids were together which was super special. All of us (especially the kids!) enjoyed the pool of course the beach that's so incredibly close. Joy & Jada were super responsive with questions. Would definitely recommend!

This rental was the perfect way for us to enjoy Miramar and Destin as part of a trip for a wedding. We found the house it spotless condition with an incredibly well-equipped kitchen, including bikes, boogie boards, beach towels, games, that you could hope for. The communication with the owner of 30a beach Girls and our property manager was prompt and clear. The location is amazing, providing easy access to the beach, and the rest of the Miramar and Destin area. We wanted to cook and have friends over and the full set of dishes, appliances, pots and pans, and pool made that fun and easy. Groceries area 5 minutes away on the bike. We have high expectations when we travel, and this listing met them all. Hollie thank you for assisting with all our plans and annoying questions. We will return!

My friends and I loved staying at this beautiful perfectly decorated place with it's spectacular location so close to the beach! We were all commenting how we all wished we could stay for a month! The home was stocked with everything anyone could want, and the kitchen was so well organized. The hosts 30a Beach Girls even went the extra effort to leave us a bottle of wine and was very responsive to any questions we had during out stay. A great find!!! We will return!

Everyone at 30a Beach Girls was wonderful and accommodating host from start to finish. We would stay again. Our group was made up of 8 of us (3 adults, 2 teens, twin 5 year olds and a 7 year old). We all fit in comfortably. We used the pool each night - great way to get unwind after a long day of fun! The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for cooking.
We didn't have a car but the girls helped with a grocery delivery. They also suggested some good places to eat that we rode bikes to. The beach is just a few steps away.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely return!

We had a wonderful trip to the Miramar area. We stayed in30a beach girls vacation home in Miramar Beach, which was very beautiful and luxurious. The home was very roomy with more than enough living space and bedrooms to house the 9 of us comfortably. Jada was very helpful upon our arrival, and another one of the 30a beach girls helped with groceries. We went to the bonfire they held and had so much fun!
I strongly recommend this vacation home and 30a beach girls!! We will come back this fall.

Our family of multiple generations spent wonderful days at this property. Its beautifully appointed bedrooms and social areas made it feel like a resort stay. Our family really enjoyed the pool/beach every day. Our family has held reunions at beach or wine country rentals for several years now and must say that this home is by far the cleanest and best organized we've had. When we had questions, the property managers at 30a Beach Girls were very quick to respond, thank you. Highly recommend.

Beach Baby's location is perfect so close to everything and especially the “Beach!!” So convenient and easy for our family! The house was gorgeous and had everything you need! The private pool was everyone's favorite. Loved the complimentary cruiser bikes and bonfire too! We are already planning our next trip to Beach Baby! Wow! The house was extraordinary, neighborhood was quiet and safe, close to food and shopping, and steps from a gorgeous private beach. The pictures don’t do it justice! Kitchen & dining area are perfect for family, and every bedroom was huge with super comfortable beds, and very nice bathrooms on every floor.

Didn’t really like that the downstairs bedroom and hall bathroom being connected. Wish we had had cable wish the Grill had gas or that it worked. As usual the beach was beautiful. Disappointed that we had to pay for a second set of chairs. I’ve been coming for many years at 6 Starboard Court and always had two sets of chairs. I guess the main disadvantage was the bathroom situation? On the third floor, the bunker had to share a bathroom with a king size room. Everything was lovely. We have just been spoiled by being across the street. We had someplace to sit outside and watch the sun go down or come up (never been good on directions). We have to find out how early we have to make the reservation to get back across the street. But thank you you were all as helpful as you could be.

3rd year in a row we have done our guys trip at your property. Last year we saw all new furniture. This year there were more improvements: new kitchen counters and sink, new headboards, new tvs, sound systems, blinds, water feature in the pool. Very nice. Definitely noticed!
Only negative this year: fruit flies. They were there when we got there, and got worse by day 2.. We got a couple traps and that helped reduce their numbers.

This was actually our second stay at this property. It accommodated my family very well and was a great location for the things we wanted to enjoy in Miramar Beach... again.
There were newly installed pool door alarms which were annoying but I fully understand the purpose. If there were a disarm feature for families with no little kids, that would be great.
Traveling from one time zone into another is confusing. It would be helpful if the check-in time were a bit more flexible for those of us that are not use to crossing time zones and end up arriving too early.
Overall, its a great property with an easy to work with rental staff. I'm hope we're lucky enough to book our preferred times again.

Us 3 brothers and our wives do a yearly vacation down south where it’s warm for a week!! The wives enjoyed the beach and the brothers had a great time enjoying the sport bars and sitting around outside in the warmth!! The house was very nice!
