This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has its own private pool and is a short walk to popular Tybee restaurants and, of course, the beach. With so much space, Sunrise House is an ideal home for a weekend getaway with the whole family, reunions or a destination wedding.
The spacious, open living area works well for casual entertaining, and allows everyone to be together while cooking or just lounging. The large, screened-in porch is great for morning coffee or evening drinks, and has ample seating for guests. The interior is decorated with a theme of sand, sky, and water, and will have in beach vacay mode in no time!

House was great. Would suggest some extra chairs for the kitchen table. Also a few storage bowls for when someone cooks. A light near the pool would be great also. Besides these small things the house was comfortable and relaxing.

Loved location, comfortable beds, and nice to have a small yard/with a pool. The rooms were all spacious and tons of sleeping spots. The water heater did hold up with 9x girls and showering. The bathrooms/furniture/kitchen could be updated as some of the tile is broken/rusty in the bathrooms with missing shelves/rods. No beach towels, the basement is musty, and the dishwasher doesn’t work. We contacted the mgmt for towels on Saturday morning and still didn’t get them until Sunday afternoon after some of our guests had already left and only 1x dish towel in the kitchen. We also found some dog poop in the backyard and the pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while (full of seeds and bugs at the bottom/top of water). I just expected a little bit nicer of a place for the cost of the property.

House has plenty of space for our 9 family memebers. We really enjoyed the spacious screened in front porch and the pool. It did seem as though the house is a litte neglected with broken shelf at the front door, a picture that had fallen and leaned against the wall, springs on the bunk bed mattresses to name a few things. House could also use a deep clean.

Overall we loved this place, especially the location--really is only two blocks to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and appreciated the number and quality of the linens. Pool was refreshing--I think it is about 8x16 ft. Screened it porch lovely.Some minor painting would make the property appear cleaner. New toaster is needed and washing machine is very loud and vibrates. The people who sleep downstairs can hear everyone walking about upstairs. We would definitely recommend this property.

This house was much smaller than it appeared in the original pictures. The company has since posted new pictures which somewhat show it's small size. We couldn't even all sit together for our meals. The kitchen was not adequately stocked with things to prepare meals, there was not even a mixing bowl to use. For a family of ten there was a pot and a pan. The toaster was broken and only toasted one side of the bread at a time. The front right large stove eye was broken upon arrival and couldn't be used. The other large eye didn't seem to heat up adequately. The smaller eyes seemed to be fine but weren't practical for our large meals. The garbage disposal broke on the 2nd day leaving us with only one side of the sink available and the other stopped up until the property manager repaired it the following day. The main bathroom toilet was stopped up and required attention several hours of our 2nd day, turns out a previous guest flushed a vape down the toilet. The water in the shower seemed to have only 2 temps, cold or scalding hot. The swimming pool was not beautiful and blue as the pictures suggested, it was gray and old with age. at first glance we thought it was algae, the entire pool looked gray/black instead of the beautiful clear blue the pics advertised. We had to request dish soap and dishwasher packs as there weren't enough left to sustain us for 7 days. We brought our own toilet paper as well, there was none at the house. Last but not least ROACHES everywhere.

This place was perfect for my bachelorette trip! We had 10 girls and there was plenty of sleeping and lounge space for all of us to be together. The pool outside was amazing and clean. We were so close to the beach, restaurants, and night life. I highly recommend this property and will definitely book again!

Everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. 3-5 minute walk to the best bars and restaurants on the south end of the island. 5 minute walk to the beach/pier. Really tough to beat for the price. We'll be back.

My husband and I traveled to Tybee with 5 kiddos and we had the best week! The house is perfect for multiple kids. Plenty of space for everyone and we really enjoyed the outdoor areas. The pool was a huge hit! We used it every night and some days. The pool company serviced it twice a week which was perfect. We were a very short walk from the beach and pier. Close to restaurants and bars. Great time overall, would rent again!

The entire property is run down and the outdoor spaces are so unkept they are basically unusable. The lower level bedroom is damp and musty. Internet is so slow that the TVs won’t stream. Broken furniture, poor appliances, etc. Stick with a more reputable management company.

The pictures do not look like the current conditions of the property ; there were broken cabinet doors, holes in the wall, some of the furniture was broken, and the property did not look to have been updated in years. The floor was terribly dirty and the charcoal grill should have been put in the trash. Someone had emptied it beside the grill and left it. The pool was not at all what the picture shows. There was also a LARGE mouse in the outside patio that I finally photographed on the last day and sent it to the rental place. Lastly the TV would only work an hour or 2 a day; technicians did come look at it but said the internet and Wi-Fi was just low grade and nothing could be done. It’s a great location but the property is poorly kept up.

It was our first time in Tybee Island and to start with, the weather on our first day was bad and we couldn't do anything nothing to do with our rental. The property sleeping area, kitchen and living room were god. But the amenities said heated pool and the pool was not ready to be used and the gathering area was not clean and was very messy. The pool water was very cold the next day when we try to get in. That made me feel like we were not fully expected. I called the office and the lady that answered the phone and my messages asking how to turn the pool heater was very nice and polite...until she couldn't get a response from the property manager and age didn't answer anymore or called me back. It was disappointing because our kids were looking forward to get in the pool. The little private pool was the main reason we rented the place. I hope they get better prepared for their next guests. That could make a huge difference.

Stayed at the Sunrise Cottage for a week in August 2022. The good - easy check-in, check-out. Responsive host company. Location is nice on the south end of the island, two blocks from the beach, close to restaurants, shopping, etc. House interior was clean with plenty of towels. Having the pool was nice for the kids to jump in and relax a bit. Has plenty of space with 3 queen beds, 4 bunks and all the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Also the garage space was nice to pull the car out of the sun. Air conditioning definitely worked well (which was important as it was very hot out). Having laundry was key and the kitchen had plenty of materials if you want to cook. Screen door was broken when we showed up and a they sent a repairman out early the next day on Sunday (we showed up late in the day on Saturday)The not as good - pictures with listing are at least several years old, the landscaping is overgrown and the house and pool are in need of a refresh. The backyard is not grass but turf. None of this is all that problematic for a beach cottage, but don't expect exactly what you see in the pictures. The vent in the guest bath ceiling had mold around it. Only came with 2 rolls of toilet paper and we had to call and request more. The WiFi was not good - if you need to connect for any work activity, better have your own hotspot. WiFi also was very spotty trying to use the TV to watch Netflix or other apps on the Roku TV when we sat down to relax at the end of the night. Overall, a positive experience and would recommend if you are looking for an affordable beach pad that gives you the basics that could use some TLC. Just temper your expectations a bit based on the photos.

This house is very convenient to many shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. We really didn't have to drive much. The inside of the house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of room for our family. The outside front porch needs a little TLC and the screen replaced but other than that it was nice. The pool was small but perfect for a quick dip to cool off. Overall, a great experience!

We had a wonderful time at Sunrise Cottage! The house was spacious and very near the beach. Lots of space for parking. Great private pool! We will be back again!

We got to the property and everything was great. The next day we had a family emergency and had to leave. Our nephew was killed in a tragic accident. We contacted the owners of the property to let them know what happened but would not refund our money. I understand there are policies but this was a tragic unforseen accident. This was something we never saw coming. Not sure if I will ever use them again.

Location location location! You cannot beat the location of this house. We walked everywhere- stores, restaurants, the beach is just a quick 3-5 minute walk. The house was great- the porch and pool were our favorites. Such a great house with space for everyone to hang together and plenty of space to spend time alone. It’s a beach house so there is some wear and tear but the decorating etc is perfect: The kitchen needs more pots and pans etc but there are so many great restaurants to walk to that it wasn’t an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived we noticed a large was of hair on the front porch. The rooms smelled musty as if the house had been closed up for awhile and was not ready for guests. The pillow sham had make up on it. There were large stains on the carpets and rugs. There was a window air conditioning unit in the downstairs bedroom, but no outlet to plug it in. No outlets for the lamps downstairs. No curtain on the door window downstairs. Curtains didn't fit in a room upstairs. Found a roach on the bed down stairs. Definitely would not recommend this property.

Upon arrival we found that the fridge had been left open and was not cooling properly. They sent a maintenance man who arrived to check it out and provide a small temporary fridge until the temp got back to normal. The main thing hat I was upset with was that the property was dirty. The screened porch was extremely dirty and had broken decorative items and things that were rusty and piled in the corner. Underneath the house in the sitting area there were wasp nests and the area was extremely junky and there were old broken toys and bikes piled in the corner. There were just so many things that needed attention in this house. I am not sure who the cleaning lady was but items in the house had layers of dust on them!!! The only thing that saved our stay was the pool. It was very nice.

The house was is disrepair and not clean at all. All the cloth furniture and carpet were filthy. The entire backyard is weeds (no grass as pictured). The TV never worked because there was no roku remote. After calling we were told someone would be handling it and that never happened. We had a couple rainy days and some kids so a TV would have been nice for those occasions.There were large rips in the screens on the screen porch (kind of defeats the purpose). We were only provided one cheap, dingy bath towel and wash cloth per person. No beach towels provided. Three of the four bedroom closets were not usable due to them being filled with junk and no other place to put your luggage or clothes other than on the floor in the small bedrooms. Garage area that was turned into sitting area and walk through was filled with left over junk from previous guests I suppose. (There were a few usable items like folding beach chairs but that was about it).I have stayed in homes from VRBO on many, many occasions and have had wonderful homes as pictured and described. I have even stayed in homes in 3rd world countries that were much nicer than this home. I would recommend not renting from Lucky Savannah based on this experience.The only positives for the house would be the location and we always had hot water.

The location of this rental was amazing. With that being said, the home was not as clean as I would have wanted. The front door handles were broken off. All the garbage bins were full. The TV controls were awkward (the controls were located in the guest bedroom closet). The rugs were stained, and unless you have a Prius, only one of the three garages will hold your car. Overall, it would be a great place for college kids, or senior trippers. Still, it was better than staying in a hotel.

What a great place to stay! The location was fabulous, being only 2 blocks from the beach! The beach was beautiful. There were also a lot of shops and restaurants, all withing walking distance. We didn't need to use our car except when we went into Savannah. The house was clean, comfortable, and a perfect size for our 4 adults and 4 children. We would definitely opt to stay there again. The rental staff was also very helpful when we had questions.

Sunrise Houae was just what our family needed to make our Labor Day Weekend perfect! The property was everything if not more than described. We enjoyed the comfortable porch during the cooler times of the day and the refreshing pool after time at the beach. The inside space was clean and neat and well-stocked. The television and all other items were in good working condition. We were surprised to find additional space under the house to hang out and also pool toys, beach chairs, etc. The location was ideal - a short walk to the beach, the Tybee Island Marine Center and pier, and restaurants and shopping. We never used our cars. We were very pleased with our choice and the service we received from the manager in answering a few questions before our stay. We highly recommend Sunrise House.

This rental was disappointing from the pictures. The third adult bedroom is actually a dark, cramped, room located in the downstairs garage. The room had very poor electrical outlets as well as poor insect control. The house and especially the downstairs had not been cleaned very well prior to our arrival. The small pool and walking distance to the beach was nice.

If the weather was warm and sunny,our family could have overlooked the electronic setup for the cable.We arrived at the house and we had not yet received our code for the house.I called the number provided and got an answering machine.I left my message and within a few minutes ,I had the code to get into the was nice to have a starter package (toiletries, paper products,etc).Our complaint was you could not change the channel or operate tv according to directions provided.We called the number provided.They did not have an answer and was going to call owner and would call us back.They never called husband knew they wouldn't because there was not a work around.With it cold and rainy,my mother's rheumatoid arthritis kept her at the house most of the operate the tv ,you had to have two people.One would call out directions while the other person went into the first bedroom's closet located behind the wall the tv hung on , to push the corresponding is not that I wouldn't recommend to stay here,but was frustrated and disappointed with price and communication.

We loved our stay as the house is cozy and has everything we needed, however we thought that more attention could be dedicated to clean and refurbish the outdoor spaces that we found with layers of dust.....obviously it was totally neglected by the cleaning team (e.g. a rubbish can outdoor was full of rubbish from previous guests). Also little repairs here and there needs to be done (e.g. mosquito net in the porch) bottom of the pool, larger table as it only seats 4 people....the room in the basement is nice but very very humid as that space is not really for a bedroom.

We had a very nice stay at the Sunrise House. The inside of the house is roomy and nice. We had a total of 8 guests in the home and we were all comfortable. The home is a short walk of bike ride to the shops, most restaraunts, the beach and the pier. The only disappointing things for us were the issues that we had with the television working, which was promptly handled by the leasing company when I called. We were also a little disappointed in the pool size. It is pretty small pool.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious enough for 7 people (5 adults, 2 elementary-aged children) but also cozy as well. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. While the swimming pool appears small from the photos, it was perfect for the kids to play in after a busy day at the beach. The house is perfectly located to walk or bike to the beach and to various restaurants in the area. My requests for improvement are minor: the kitchen could be better equipped, a mat for the shower would be nice as it was quite slippery for our elderly parents and more hand towels would have been appreciated. None of these requests were worth bothering the rental staff for and we were otherwise very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

We have stayed here before. We had a great time however we had a few issues. The pool was dirty when we arrived and the lawn was very tall, thus mosquitoes were eating us up around the pool. Also, the house needs some maintenance. Including an inoperative bathroom light and fan in the 2nd bath and several burnt light bulbs.

Booked the sunrise house for a girlfriends weekend. Very easy to find and great location . Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach . WE loved having the pool to hang out at after a couple hours at the beach. The screened porch was wonderful in the early morning drinking coffee or late night . The only thing was when you first arrive and you walk upstairs to get into the house the porch could use a little updating. Fake plants were damage. Pieces lying on the floor in corner. It was dusty and there was to much clutter, which made us a little worried about what the inside looked like. We were pleasantly surprised when we wlaked inside the house was pretty. Clean and well decorated. We were all so happy and very comfortable. I would definitely rent this house again. Thank you
