This 2-story, 4 ensuite bedrooms (including a separate casita with private entrance), 5 bathroom, 3,800+ square-foot Villa has full ocean views from every room, and has all that you can expect and more from a luxury vacation home.
Inside the villa, you’ll find marble floors and baths, granite counter tops, full gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and fine wood detailing combined with beautiful furnishings and central A/C. Six TV's with satellite, gourmet kitchen, filtered water, carport parking, an oversized Weber gas outdoor gas grill, and optional private chef & in-residence massage,.
There is a private laundry room with full size washer & dryer, a living room with fireplace, a family room, a formal dining room, high-speed internet access (both floors), a large two-story terrace with BBQ and sunning/dining areas.
Watch the sunset against the unobstructed ocean backdrop from your own backyard. The spacious backyard has a private infinity pool, hot tub, and all the elements you’ll want to relax and enjoy your downtime, including chaise lounges, a beautiful gas firepit, large dining table with chairs and an outdoor BBQ area.
Your stay will include daily maid service as well as full access and room charging privileges at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pacifica Spa Resort directly below, as well as the Pueblo Bonito Rose and Blanco located in the town of Cabo (free luxury bus takes you there). This free shuttle service is provided in air-conditioned buses to and from the PB Rose, and is provided every half hour (8-15 min to town).
The 1000 acre estate is designed around the spectacular ocean views afforded by the tiered design of the landscape overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This is the beach where the movie "Troy" was filmed.
The Sky Pool and all the other pools on the property are cleansed with an oxygenation process, not chlorine.
Free 24-hour golf carts will chauffeur you around the resort any time you wish. Nearby activities include amazing Zip line adventures, ATV rentals, golfing, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, whale watching (late Dec - April), snorkeling, para-sailing, jet-skiing, boating, swimming, tennis, shopping, dining, and more. A large selection of fine restaurants to suit any pallet also await you both on the property & in town!
24 hour in-room dining (room service) is included in the optional All-Inclusive package (additional delivery fee applies), as well as a host of restaurants at the Sunset Beach resort, Rose & Cabo PB, plus easy access to miles of beaches (Rose is in the middle of Medano Beach in town, great for swimming & people watching!), a 16,000 square foot European spa & fitness center, plus a smaller but very well-designed workout room & spa at the Montecristo clubhouse - as well as all the other amenities and restaurants at the 5-star Sunset Beach Resort & Spa are all available for your use. The Resort offers optional full or half-day kids club, 24-hour child care, and numerous fun activities for kids and adults alike. A fantastic place to vacation with family. (Fees may apply)
