Newly refurbished two bedroom apartment by the sea is set conveniently in the heart of the Paphos harbour district. Only seconds away from the sea, which is just across the road, and surrounded by a bountiful selection of restaurants and bars, this flats superb location is second to none. With a balcony that overlooks the sea and Almyra Hotel, one can relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets, before taking a stroll into the heart of Paphos' vibrant and varied nightlife.

The flat is only seconds away from the sea, which is just across the road, and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars.

- All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival.
- No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion.
- Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property
- Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft.
- In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest
- Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to Cyprus Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario.
- Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests.
- At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest.
- Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability.
Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation.
- If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
