location was close to the beach and within walking distance of food/restaurants and stores.

Don’t let the pictures fool you!!!!! It’s nasty! The little Girl who works at the front Desk is rude as hell. She called me up and yelled at us asking why were we still in the room and why do we have a dog in there when I still had another night and she wouldn’t even listen to me. So I had to stop what I was doing and go up to the office and she wouldn’t even talk to me. She sent me to the manager that was so nice. He (Josh ) was so sorry that there was a problem on there in and he was fixing it. I had everything in emails to prove that they knew we had a small dog and we were right that we had another night. The morning we were leaving I took off the sheets and there was bed bugs in the mattress!!! Now we had to put everything we had in trash bags to get them home so they didn’t get everywhere in the truck. They will charge you a $25.00 trash fee $100.00 cleaning fee $100.00 dog fee When you get there too

Cute place for a family beach weekend

Perfect location, close to beach and also the pizza buffet! The pools were nice. The "cottage" suite was a cool little building on its own, great access parking right outside the room door. Good.kitchen good queen bed and room, the pull out bed was okay, for a pull out, but creaky and uneven etc.

Only complaint really is that the TV didn't work, and on the second day and night the WiFi was out as well. Oh and the price guage for a Saturday night in August. To be expected I suppose.

We were provided clean towels anytime. The kitchen was well-stocked and clean. The bed was comfy!

Our "apartment" was plenty big enough for the two of us, everything was clean, and parking was very close.

The seating in the living room was not conducive to lounging together. There was only a small sofa on one wall and one chair on the other side of the room.

Beautiful resort had everything we needed and more . With in walking distance. .

It would be nice if they have a kitchen to come with kitchen essentials . There were no kitchen tools nor utensils to be found . They had a couple of pans and glassware. Or at least note bring your own. I didn’t like that I was on the 3rd floor and maybe if they specified on have on the website you may end up on 3rd floor be prepared to walk since no elevator is available. Especially with someone with a bad knee or back doesn’t make it easy .The pool hours don’t begin until 9am . 8am I think to start the day would be nice. If wanted to take advantage of early morning pool relaxation before starting the day out of the resort. Ask for wi-fi password not on the card sleeve..Not offered at the desk no phone available in rooms .i saw on reviews something about $500 fee for not raking trash out ! That’s outrageous! Nor are there any details of fees found on the website. Maybe a sign in the room on the table or fridge to leave towels on the floor and or take trash out or you will be charged a fee. Not everyone knows these small details nor read small prints on the websites. It’s more of a courtesy to the customer and a reminder before leaving .

The pool so amazing and fresh. Most of the hotel pools are very warm and it’s extremely hot out since is summer this is the only pool that is cold and fresh

The pool is small even there’s two pools, with four people in the pool feels a bit tight but I still love the pool

Colorful, nice family vacation vibe.

The biggest thing was I didn’t even get the room I booked. We paid for a king room with kitchen. I was placed into a cottage bedroom with queen bed. It was cute don’t get me wrong, but if I book a room. I would like that one. I told the front desk and they said “booking has been doing it to everyone.” With no comments of resolution to our issue. I picked the option for ‘pay at property’ because there was a ‘no prepayment’ option. I’ve had issues where I paid online and was double charged at the hotel and went through so much to get one of them refunded. The hotel charged the card I had on file at 8am the day of. It was denied because that was my placement holder card for hotels. Not the card I was going to use. So it almost cancelled my reservation and I had to call to make sure it wouldn’t be. But I still had to prepay to hold my reservation. Then why have the pay at property option? That’s false information with no explanation of card will be charged before and canceled if denied. You pay a cleaning fee of $20 and get told to pay more if you have trash left in the trash can and don’t take it out or if you don’t wash the cups they supply you with? I didn’t feel comfortable using anything without being charged for it. I felt the need to take photos of my room after I left to make sure I had evidence of how I left it in case of any random fees. The rooms were clean, but the water in the shower smelled like pee. The microwave and fridge was in the bathroom next to the trash and toilet, very weird placement.

The bathroom soap, shampoo, etc.!! Loved the size of the cottage and how clean it was. Loved how it’s been updated.

The kitchen needs to be stocked with more items like a cookie sheet, mixing bowls, etc.

Long time visitors to Port A, will be back again ....

No offer of breakfast ever implied or noted, however, the kitchen was more than adequate for my needs with coffee/tea maker and supplies provided, and very quiet with a table and chairs provided in front of a window to enjoy while waking easily...I am always so happy when I find someplace that allows my pups to be with me and vacation along with us. We also rented a golf cart from the hotel and it was very nice to be able to do that with no trouble.

I didn't like that there was no cable television or television service provided. You must use your own Netflix or other accounts that you have to be able to watch ANY television in the room. As someone who uses the television to relax in the evening, this is a deal breaker for me but even more so since no mention was made of the situation with television service on reservation, on social media or at check in.
