As you walk into this stunning home, you will immediately feel a sense of warmth and hospitality, setting the stage for a delightful vacation experience.
One of the standout features of this home is the presence of not just one, but two spacious living rooms. The first living room is adorned with large windows, allowing natural light to flood in and offering breathtaking views of the expansive backyard. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the picturesque Webster Lake. There is plenty of seating and even a four person dining table to enjoy a meal. The second living room is thoughtfully designed to cater to your needs, providing a dedicated workspace for those who can't turn off the work during their vacation. Located off of this living space is a comfy nook with a queen sized bed. This is the third bedroom in the home.
The kitchen in this home is a dream come true for any aspiring chef or culinary enthusiast. It is spacious and well-equipped, offering ample counter space for meal preparation. The bar stool seating invites you to savor your meals in a relaxed and casual atmosphere, creating the perfect setting for memorable dining experiences with your loved ones.
As you venture down the hall, you will discover a 3/4 bathroom, thoughtfully designed to provide convenience and comfort. Adjacent to the bathroom, you will find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen-size bed. These cozy retreats offer a peaceful haven for a restful night's sleep, ensuring that you wake up refreshed and ready to make the most of each day of your vacation.
But the surprises don't stop on the main floor. Head downstairs to discover a fantastic hangout area, where you can gather with your family and friends to enjoy games, laughter, and quality time together. This additional space adds a whole new dimension to your stay, providing endless entertainment options for all ages. There are also two twin beds located in this area. There is also a second 3/4 bathroom. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in a third bathroom on the lower level!
The waterfront and beach area are a short walk on a groomed path from the house, and there is a fire pit at the waters edge. In the summer months, there is also a dock for your boat. Webster Lake is one of those hidden treasures in the Lakes Region of NH. If you wish, you can drive your vehicle to the waters edge. There is a grill on the back deck, outdoor dining space, outdoor shower and a hot tub for you to enjoy!
