Coconut Villa is a 300 sq. m. luxurious residence perched on the slopes of Alimos Hill, Pani. Built in three levels, this astounding residence offers magnificent views of the Saronic Gulf and Aegina Island, and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Ideally located in the south of Athens and just 3 kms away from Alimos Marina, Coconut Villa is the sheer holiday spot, perfect for those who seek peace and tranquility, with easy access to the beaches, whilst being in the vicinity of the city centre. The Villa’s unique interior ornamentation and the outdoor peaceful surroundings create the utter ambiance for relaxation and recreation. The neighbouring park is the ideal place for a quick stroll, whereas the closest beach is only 1,5 km away.

Description
The architectural lines are simple, strict and manage to create an overall feeling of modern elegance. The light-coloured walls blend harmoniously with the unique pieces of furniture, the wooden surfaces and the various colourful decorating details.
Indoors the residence is characterized by functionality, spaciousness and brightness.
The Villa’s 4 seating areas and 4 bedrooms create a very relaxing and cozy ambiance where guests can experience great sea views and mesmerizing sunsets even from the interior of the house.

Outdoors the Villa features a garden with Mediterranean plants and trees, a BBQ area and a built-in dining table ideal for relaxation or casual get-togethers.

Ground Floor
The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with a pool table, a small kitchen, gym equipment, a home cinema with a projector and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This floor also features a 12sq. m. sauna and a jacuzzi.

First Floor & Mezzanine
This floor features 2 seating areas, a colourful dining room, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Additionally, an external dining table, seating 6 people, is perfect for a casual gathering or a special private dinner.
The picture perfect décor in the mezzanine level makes this spot perfect for reading and relaxing in the daytime or enjoying the view and the beautiful sunset colors in the evening.

Second Floor
This floor consists of 3 bedrooms, a double bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with a king-size bed and a double bedroom with 2 single beds.

All bedrooms have access to a balcony and provide astonishing views of the sea or the park.

The rooms are delicately embellished with minimal decorations, unique colours and tasteful details creating a very relaxing and summery atmosphere.

Loved this house! It was exactly what I expected based on the pictures. The beds were all comfortable, the rooms were spacious. The only draw back was that the bathroom showers all need updating. But that said, they worked well and we had plenty of hot water.

We had with a group of four couples for four nights the very nice Coconut Villa booked. The modern, bright architecture captivates, the light-flooded rooms and the interior fittings are of high quality. The technical equipment (flat screens, internet access) is very good. The location of the villa in a dead end is very quiet, yet you are not far from the beach. The transfer and handover were exemplary. We enjoyed the unfortunately too short stay. The rating would have received from me in all points five stars, if not a serious deficiency would be noted. The non-ventilated bathroom in the basement had widespread moisture damage to the walls and ceiling and black joints (mold) in the shower cabin. Therefore, I can only award three stars in the overall rating.

The property was immaculate, stylishly designed and the perfect launching pad to explore Athens and the surrounding areas. The host was amazing too, helping us plan restaurant visits, shops and tourist sites. Really went above and beyond. Thank you!

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It is a little bit further away from key sites, but the cost to get to the down town is minimal. And the beach can be walked to. Nandia, who was our contact, was extremely helpful in giving ideas for food and tours. We had a great time. Would absolutely suggest staying with this group, and this house specifically to others.

We were met by a knowledgeable person to explain everything about the house. The house fit our needs perfectly. There were 6 of us and had comfortable rooms to sleep and bathrooms to get ready in. It provided lots of natural light, great patio options, workout equipment and a sauna. The use of the vehicle was very helpful. The use of the washing machine was also great to have. We could walk to the beach and the tram. I would highly recommend this villa.

We stayed for a week in February and it was just perfect. The villa is located next to a park in a fantastic nature setting, but still just a walk away from restaurants and also close to the seaside. The interior is modern and lovely designed and everything we needed was there, including fitness equipment and even candles. One of the best places we've stayed in our travels around the world and highly recommended. Thanks for everything Aristea and team!

Anna coordinated so much for us. From arranging a free shuttle, included in the price, waiting for us at the airport to delivery food when we arrived at the house. She was courteous and helpful. Having a car holding all 7 of us adults was a great perk. The home was fantastic. The overall experience from the staff and home was just what we needed after traveling 2 weeks
