About this house rental

Escape to paradise at this unparalleled, newly renovated beachfront property. There are 6 bedrooms each with 2 queens, 1 queen sleeper, 6.5 baths, and comfortably sleeps 26. With direct ocean access, panoramic views, and several nearby amenities this coastal getaway invites bliss, relaxation, and memories. Spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct beach access from an elevated deck with porch swing await. This home is only blocks away from the supermarket, multiple restaurants, two golf resorts, and steps to Cherry Grove Fishing Pier.

HOUSE RULES
1. Parking: you may bring your own vehicle and park beneath the home
2. No smoking: smoking is prohibited on the property
3. PLEASE NO SHOES BEYOND THE TWO ENTRYWAYS WHEN INSIDE THE HOME. There are shoeracks provided.
4. No parties or events.
5. Excessive noise late at nigh or disrupting the neighbors will not be tolerated. Quiet hours should be observed between 10pm and 8am.
6. Laundry: you may use the washer and dryer but please be sure to follow the directions outlined in the laundry room. All sand must be removed from beach towels and toys before washing.
7. Please enjoy all your meals in the kitchen and dining rooms. Food is not permitted in the living room or bedrooms.
8. Please take trash and recycling to the bins outdoors as needed and at the end of your stay.
9. Children: please make sure your children have a safe and fun visit. The balcony and deck are beautiful but children should be supervised when enjoying the view.
10. Pets: Pets are not allowed at this property
11. Security: The safety and security of your belongings is your responsibility. Remember to lock and close all doors and windows before leaving the property and to store your valuables in a safe place.
12. Heading out for the day: Remember to close and lock the doors, turn off the lights and air, and ensure all stoves and irons are OFF.
13. Damages and breakages: report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonable and timely manner. For cases where the cost of the damage exceeds the security deposit, costs will be billed to guests and reported to the rental service.
14. BEACH TOWELS are provided but we ask that you REMOVE SAND outside then wash them after use. All other towels and linens will be cleaned on your behalf.
15. Prior to checkout, please use the dishwasher or sink to wash dishes then replace dishes to their appropriate cupboard.
16. Please DO NOT use permanently staining products e.g. oils/makeup on provided towels or linens. Linens or towels with stains that remain after a standard wash warrant a replacement fee which we will forward from our cleaners.
17. Please take trash to the outside bins prior to checkout. One trash bag per trash can is provided in the home. Additional trash bags are the responsibility of guests.
18. While soap and toilet paper are provided as a starter set for each stay, shampoo, toothpaste, mouthwash, lotion, and paper towels are the responsibility of the guests.

This VRBO is located steps from the beach in a quieter part of Myrtle beach. The house itself is nice though there are a couple of items that could use a little more love. My friends and I had a great time in the house. The location can't be beat, and I would recommend staying here.

The house is absolutely beautiful & so spacious! My husband & I stayed at the house for 8 days (with other family at different times of the week) & can't say enough about the owner! Christian is absolutely amazing to work with! House is only steps from the beach! It was nice to have beach towels available. Very clean! Will definitely head back again!

We had a great week at this large ocean front house. It was quite clean- bathrooms were great and all in perfect working condition. Beds were comfy- plenty of towels, etc. The few issues we had were very quickly addressed. The dishwasher was tricky to start, and there is not much food storage space, so just be aware. It was well stocked with dishes, mugs, pans, pots, etc. We grilled hamburgers on the grill provided. There is a large amount of beach sand that has washed up under the house, so if we had realized that we’d have brought something for the kids to stand on to rinse off, rather than being in the sand- but we managed ok. Overall- we were very happy with our stay, and even looked into renting this house again for next summer- but the rates are going up considerably, so we had to choose elsewhere.

Truly a blessing all around - The weather, the house, the location! The house did exceed our expectations and Chris was available at all times to answer any questions. Word of advice - stake out your spot early as the beach does fill up!!! I would get up early before the rest of the household stake our claim, then walk for miles on the beach line, come back, eat and walk down the steps to enjoy the day. Also, it did a good deal to have a bucket of water right out side the door to deep feet to get any excess sand from the stairs. Always tried to wash off before walking up and wash off the stairs as well but there was always sand. The extra bucket of water did help! We ate most our meals in the house but occasionally went out for dinner. We just love hanging out as a family!!! We did puzzles, which was a challenge as there were pieces missing, but it kept us on our toes. Overall a great place to plan a family vacation. There was 11 of us and to have the room we did was spectacular!

We rented this amazing beachfront home for the holidays and had a wonderful time. It’s often hard to find a lovely place in a great location that can accommodate a large family but this was perfect. The home was clean and had beautiful views of the beach. The rooms were nice and spacious. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The host was extremely responsive and made it easy to access and navigate the home. The location was close to restaurants and shops. We were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend.
