The villa is ideally located just minutes from the town center of Le Diamant, where you will find restaurants and a local market. A short 3-minute drive or a pleasant 20-minute walk will get you there.
The bungalow, situated a few meters from the main villa, offers optimal comfort for two people. It includes a fully equipped American kitchen, a spacious bar, a 160 cm double bed, and a modern bathroom with an Italian shower and toilet. Everything is designed for your comfort.
From the bungalow, cross a charming garden to access the terrace of the main villa. The villa's outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxation and enjoyment, with a large saltwater pool, an equipped outdoor kitchen, a carbet, and sun loungers to soak up the sun.
The main villa features a spacious fully equipped kitchen (with Espresso machine) accessible from the terrace. A hallway leads to four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its private bathroom. The first bedroom offers a king-size bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, while the second, smaller bedroom has a standard double bed and a shower room. The other two bedrooms, equipped with double beds (160x200), are also spacious and have shower rooms.
The bright and welcoming living room is equipped with a TV and opens directly onto the covered terrace. This terrace includes an outdoor lounge and a large dining table. Another space near the outdoor kitchen, equipped with an ice machine, also offers the possibility of shaded meals. The villa also has a Mastokgrill charcoal barbecue for your grilling pleasure.
For enjoyable moments with family or friends, the villa offers a pétanque court and a foosball table. A housekeeper ensures daily maintenance (2 hours a day, Monday to Friday) for your utmost comfort.
Located just steps from the beach, this holiday rental is perfect for fully enjoying the Caribbean sun and water activities. Diving enthusiasts will find several clubs nearby, and bodyboard or kitesurfing experts will appreciate the waves.
The Diamant Beach, stretching 3 kilometers, is ideal for early morning runs or sunset walks. Picnic tables set under the sea grape trees allow for impromptu beachside lunches.
In the evening, indulge in the numerous beachside restaurants offering Creole dishes, pizzas, and other specialties to go, with your feet in the sand. Just ten minutes from Anses d'Arlet, renowned for snorkeling, you can admire marine turtles in their natural habitat.

Travel time from the airport: 30 minutes
Once you leave the airport, follow the direction of SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and carry on straight.
After approximately 18km, (take care to the speed camera!) take on your right the direction of LE DIAMANT.
Carry on until you enter Le Diamant. At the entrance of the city, there is a roundabout (with a supermarket Ecomax on your right) go straight towards the direction City center. Keep driving 3.8 km along the seaside. Turn on your right when you see the commercial roadsign « Résidence l’Anse Bleue », the villa is on the plot of the first villa on your left.
