Embraced within this exclusive enclave, this vacation residence stands just 100 steps away from the Gulf, offering scenic views of a serene lake. Recent upgrades have transformed this lovely home, boasting a new kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, and bedrooms. This already charming home now hosts 5 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, accommodating up to 15 guests comfortably.

Outside, the home flaunts breathtaking views from its deck overlooking the community lake. Adorned with upscale poly-wood furnishings, including a dining table for 8, chaise lounges, and oversized chairs, this outdoor space is perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening cocktails. Certain sections of the outdoor seating are covered, ideal for family dinners. Additionally, the splash pool offers a refreshing spot for a splash after a day at the beach or a relaxing pre-lunch soak.

Upon entering, you're welcomed by a spacious foyer and immediate access to the garage through double doors. Follow the hallway to discover the stunning, airy kitchen. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, an electric range top/oven, a large dual-sided sink, two coffee pots, and a 4-slice toaster, this fully stocked kitchen invites you to prepare your favorite meals. Adjacent to the dining room table, the eat-in breakfast bar comfortably seats 4.

The tasteful decor and lighting seamlessly guide you from the kitchen to the open-concept living and dining area, perfect for cherished family gatherings and creating lasting memories. The dining room comfortably seats 8, complemented by a cozy reading nook for 2. The living area is furnished with two plush couches and an oversized chair, ideal for catching sports events or engrossing movies. Step through the exquisite double French doors onto the spacious deck to bask in the sun's glow during sunset or sunrise. Additionally, the first floor features a convenient half bath accessible from the living and kitchen areas.

The sleeping arrangements on the first floor include a charming King Suite with a private bath boasting a garden tub and walk-in shower. This inviting room accommodates 2 guests and offers direct deck access, providing a splendid morning vista. Ascend the staircase to the second floor to discover the tranquil and secluded sleeping quarters at "Fore Gulf". This level hosts two King Suites, Queen Suite, and a bunk room. The King Suite is equipped with a daybed/trundle bed, a private bath, balcony access, and ample natural light, accommodating up to 4 guests. The Queen Suite features a private bath with a shower/tub combo and sleeps 2 guests. The custom-built bunk room offers 1 queen bed and 3 twin beds. The enhanced second floor will boast a full-sized den and an additional King Suite with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and Private Bath.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded. *The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

Good location room’s spacious beds were very comfortable. Loved feeding turtles and fish. Beaches were beautiful. Not as clean as I would have liked with a one year old but overall was a wonderful vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time at 5 Lake but second stay in Shipwatch. 5 Lake did not disappoint for sure. If you hv little ones this is the house. Pond out back and feeding the turtles and fish daily was a highlight for our granddaughter. We will be back next year and the next . I was more than pleased with all accommodations.

clean, attractive property with lovely lake view, fully equipped kitchen, more than adequate sleeping accommodations for 7 adults 2 children and 2 month old. Every shopping need very closely accessible. Quiet and well kept area with easy beach access. Highly recommend!!

Booked last minute trip for a few days to surprise my daughter who was getting engaged at the beach. House was clean, well stocked kitchen, good floorplan and easy to book. I would recommend it. The beach was easily accessible and not crowded.

We loved this house. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom and there was even enough space to spread out in the rest of the house. The beach was just a short walk from our door and the golf cart and bikes were perfect for our active & adventurous family. The kitchen was well stocked and there were more than enough towels for each bathroom. To top it off, there were two washers & dryers. This helped make our daily laundry chores go by quickly so we could spend more time having fun. The hot tub/pool on the deck was perfect for our water loving 10 month granddaughter. There are also turtles in the pond that come to greet you (beg to be fed) every time you venture near the back fence. The host is very responsive & helpful. We will not hesitate to book again when we visit the area.

First impressions getting to the house was that it was clean and the layout was great. We had both elderly and young kids in our group and the location was just perfect. Not having to cross a busy street was ideal. It was also still close to everything plus the included golf kart, making it easy to get to everything. I would definitely recommend this place
