From the house, you can reach Feniglia Beach, one of the most beautiful in Tuscany, either by bike path or public bus. Behind the beach, a vast pine forest provides a perfect place for relaxing walks.
On the "Laguna di Ponente", renowned for its stunning sunsets, this 'historic' two-story house boasts 140 sqm of elegance. Private entrance through a courtyard. Spacious entrance, eat-in kitchen, living/dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 room with 2 single beds and a fireplace, 2 bathrooms, and an 18 sqm terrace with a view of the lagoon.
The house is for the exclusive use of guests.
The house comes with the basic provision of sheets, blankets, bath linens, cleaning equipment, and detergents. The signing of a tourist lease agreement is required by law.
