Room was very nice with a great view of ocean. Exterior was outdated but not terrible. Would have like to smoke a cigar on outside balcony but sign said no smoking. Toilet paper holder fell apart while there, but overall everything was pretty great.

The stay was great! People were great! Dog friendly. Room had great view for sunrise and Dolphins swimming with perfect access to the beach. The only thing I would change is the bed, woke up sore but overall would definitely sty again.

Our room was infested with flies. We killed 14 flies in the 14 hours that we were there. Also, there was no smoke detector in the room. Apparently, the previous guest took it with them :-( For the price I paid, I expected better.

I would like to say, my stay at The Sea Vista was GREAT! I had a king room on the 3rd floor, and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. They provided all the essentials I needed for the bathroom. I loved the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean! This was my favorite part of my stay! Kathy was amazing and very accommodating. I am definitely going to make a return visit to TopSail Beach and the Sea Vista Motel!

We had a great 3 day trip to the Sea Vista. When they ocean front they really mean it. Best and closest view I’ve ever had. Just a few steps to the beach and the ocean. Ocean City is close by for restaurants etc. Toosail don’t have many. Beach is very clean.

We had an amazing 2 night stay! We loved the room & especially the balcony. Of course being able to stay right on the beach was fantastic. We did run into a couple issuers but we were able to make do. The TV remote needed batteries & the lamp in between the 2 beds couldn't be turned on. The switch was broken. My son loved having the coffee maker. Creamer & sugar would be a great added touch since he does not drink it black. Also it’s a bit difficult to wash dishes in a little bathroom sink. I was so scared I was going to break one smashing it against the side of the tiny sink. I assumed the dishes were taken somewhere to be washed & then retuned until I saw it was $25 if they weren’t washed by me. I always wash my dishes regardless but there is usually a kitchen sink or dish washer. Just one more recommendation: an ice maker for the property. I was told it was available to purchase but the office wasn’t open when I realized the fridge wasn’t getting my drinks cold enough. Overall we had a wonderful stay & would book again.

Staying here is like dating a really hot guy. He is so sexy and beautiful and turns you on. But he knows it and so he acts like a jerk and treats you badly. Great place. Terrible service. They don’t even open the office. And there are snarky signs everywhere. Telling you not to ask any questions. And leave the staff the heck alone.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The view was amazing! We had an amazing oceanfront room. Staff met us when we checked in and brought our keys to us. It was a wonderful stay!

This is my 2nd time there and many more stays to come!! A great place stay and is affordable for everyone and I love that the most because everyone should get a chance in there life time to experience an ocean-front view/stay!! We stayed in the mini efficiency and it was perfect for our 5 night stay! Annnddddd my dog loved his first trip to the ocean as well!!!

This was our first time visiting the Sea Vista motel, but it won’t be our last. I’ve stayed in some motels that have been a little worse for the wear, but Sea Vista was extremely clean and well kept with excellent service. All of the rooms are ocean-facing with balconies, which was so amazing for listening to the ocean at night. You’re also just steps from the beach. We’re from Florida and you could not get this quality of oceanfront room for this price. The room itself was spacious. It even had a close to full sized fridge. The grounds were so clean and it was extremely pet friendly. You can tell they really care for the environment, which is huge for us. Close to several restaurants and shops and a short drive to breweries and Surf City.

Bed was very uncomfortable air-conditioning didn't work very good. Loud neighbors kids running around above us till late them early in the morning to. I'll just pay more cash next time and get a better hotel. Only thing I liked was balcony and view of ocean.

Loved seeing the ocean every morning, nice chairs on patio, convenient walk to beach, management prompt to fix sink. Pet friendly place, just hard on knees being on 3rd floor. Room was clean, bathroom needs some work done it was still functional. Will probably go back.

This is a wonderful place on the beach. The apartment was comfortable and nicely furnished with unique art decor. My wife had one issue - major to her but not me - which they promptly and gracefully resolved. I’ll be back (but my picky wife probably won’t).

The view and distance to the beach was great. Unfortunately the walls are too thin. We heard the neighbors TV the whole stay. The patrons upstairs were noisy and noise travels easily from room to room.

Best thing about the hotel...location and balcony! Recent beach replenishment made for a huge clean beach. The balcony was a good size with tall chairs and rocking chairs and great views of the beach. Some of the furnishings were worn and simple quality. The room (#211) looked freshly painted and clean. It had a microwave, small fridge with freezer, coffee maker, and some basic dishes. The staff was friendly and I appreciated the phone call the day of my arrival to confirm and expidite check-in. The property is gated during the day to provide safety and reserve the beach access for guests. Again, it was nothing fancy but was treated with TLC! The value was good for a beautiful and relaxing getaway.
