Welcome to Rosemary Grove! With room for a crowd and a short 3-minute walk to the beach, this Bear Lake retreat is an ideal place to unwind with the people you love.
Rosemary Grove is conveniently nestled in the heart of Garden City. Enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, and boating on the beautiful turquoise waters of Bear Lake.
The Barn/Silo can sleep 40 people, but can host up to 50 guests! This exquisite and thoughtfully equipped property is sure to amaze adults and children!
Indulge in the charm of this exquisite barn-style abode, complete with an attached silo. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows create magnificent natural lighting while showcasing the beautiful property. This fully stocked kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances featuring two refrigerators/freezers, a double oven, plenty of cabinetry, an oversized kitchen island, and a sizable dining table awaiting to seat all of your guests.

The main floor of the barn has 2 large family suites. Both suites are equipped with 4 queen beds and 2 twin beds and include an en suite bathroom. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, a full-size bathroom, and a large open vanity area. Ready to get your game on? The upstairs loft area is reserved for friendly competitions, with an air hockey and foosball table.

A hallway connects the main barn home with the 3-story silo. The first floor of the silo is a playroom. The kids will enjoy their own private fun zone featuring a rock wall and a bear cave. The second floor has a cozy theater room for watching movies or playing XBOX. The third floor has 6 twin bunk beds for fun sleepovers. Race down the stairs or take the sleek slide down to the bottom of the silo.

Two separate laundry areas containing a washer and dryer are additional conveniences to enjoy during your stay.

The outside only continues to add to the entire experience! Enjoy roasting s’mores over the fire pit, playing yard games and activities in the huge fenced-in yard, or plunging in the hot tub perfect for relaxing and enjoying those long summer nights. There is ample parking for trailers, boats, and vehicles ensuring convenience for all your guests.
