Built in the 1950’s by a master builder Coastal Cottage on Elizabeth has stood the test of time without losing any of its quality finishes. Rosewood timber floors, high ceilings & ornate plaster cornices.
Fronting Elizabeth Street Coastal Cottage sits upon a large grassy fully fenced yard offering safety for family gatherings or a quiet sundowner.
3 bedrooms (5 guests).

Upon entry to the home you will be greeted with a bright, light and airy ambiance featuring two charming bedrooms each with queen beds, together with a quaint sunroom/study with a king single bed, a comfortable lounge room and spacious dining room with central kitchen, flowing out to a sun kissed relaxation retreat. Bathroom with shower and wc, laundry with wc. Off street parking for a vehicle.
Elizabeth Street is one flat level stroll to the bustling beachside village of Sawtell with its idyllic fig lined street where you will find cafes, restaurants, takeaway, bakery, convenience store, chemist, fruit shop, florist, newsagency, boutiques, cinema, bars, bottleshop, pubs and clubs.
Sawtell main beach is a stones throw away ideal for all ages, whether it be for a cuppa at the Surfclub, a leisurely stroll in either direction along the sand, swimming, surfing, whalewatching or simply a lay in the sun.
Picturesque creeks, parks, headlands, islands, rockpool, and fishing are all within walking distance. Lawn bowls, golf, tennis and croquet are also situated nearby.
Neighbouring small towns offer the chance for a day trip. The hinterlands, National parks, State Forests, Rainforests, Waterfalls, crystal pools and so much more all in close proximity.
Toormina shopping centre to the north is a 5 minute drive.
Coffs Harbour Airport is a 10 minute drive.
Or you may catch a bus from the main street (First Avenue).
Sawtell Rail Station is on the Countrylink line with services running daily from Sydney to Brisbane.
