While you and your guests will enjoy the shared outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a prime location near the beach, this property is also near several popular local attractions. Venture out to visit the 180-acre Camp Helen State Park, check out the M.B. Miller County Pier, or have a blast at the Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, all less than 15 miles from your door.
Step across the furnished front porch and into a sunlit and very inviting interior. The lower-level great room consists of a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, helpful extras including a standalone icemaker, and an island with counter seating. An adjacent dining area offers space for meals, laptops, or family game nights. A living area furnished with a plush sectional features a TV ready to stream all your favorite channels using your own accounts.
Head up the stairs to discover the two main bedrooms both with soaring ceilings. The bedroom at the front of the home opens out to a furnished balcony where you can sit and watch the world go by. Climb another flight of stairs and find a furnished top-floor sunroom - perfect for quiet afternoons.
Additional amenities include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer. Beach chairs and beach toys are also available. On the beach, guests can enjoy a beach setup with two loungers and an umbrella.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
