Expansive windows and sliding doors, perfectly frames the bush outlook and easterly aspect to Point Addis, showcasing the lovely ocean vista. The elevation ensures the views can be enjoyed from all spaces inside the house, while two decks are fabulous for embracing the sunshine and excellent for outdoor entertaining.
There is an abundance of light throughout, which energises every pocket of this idyllic home. There are so many places to sit, relax, create, or chase the sun, so all guests staying in this holiday home will feel like they can choose their own zone to unwind. Distinctive open plan living and dining design forms the heart of the home, anchored by Spotted Gum timber floors and the ambience of a woodfire heater.
The kitchen features stone bench tops, stunning cabinetry, and quality Bosch appliances that make it easy for cooking and entertaining throughout your stay. Ceiling fans and split system heating/cooling provide climate comfort to both levels, complemented by lovely wool carpet to the generous ground floor living room and all bedrooms. The privately set master bedroom with built-in robe and deluxe ensuite capitalises on the spectacular views, complemented by three bedrooms downstairs (two with sliding doors to the decked floorspace) and a family bathroom. Both levels have separate toilets, for convenience.
The location is great and convenient, being in one of Anglesea' s sought after streets. This is unique property is thoughtfully designed throughout, with multiple views from all aspects of the home.
