Soggiorno rilassante ed accogliente

L'hotel La Vetta si trova vicinissimo alle Grotte di Castellana (meno di 100 m dalla biglietteria). Ottima posizione per visitare le località intorno: La Murgia dei Trulli e la zona litoranea. Ottima ed abbondante la colazione. Personale discreto, preparato e molto accogliente, grazie anche per le informazioni turistiche delle località limitrofe. Tranquillo il parcheggio in Hotel. Camera accogliente, silenziosa e con un'ottima aria condizionata. Ringrazio particolarmente per avermi assistito per un incidente che mi era accaduto e che con la loro calma ho potuto risolvere completamente!

A great little hotel as a base to explore caves, Monopoli and polignano a mare

A lovely clean, well equipped hotel a few metres walk from the cave entrance. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and welcoming.

Niet aarzelen en dit boeken!

Wat een fijn hotel voor een hele redelijke prijs! Het ontbijt inclusief en echt compleet Personeel ongelofelijk vriendelijk. Ze hebben zelfs een folder in het Nederlands gemaakt met de prijzen van de dranken. Voor deze prijs heb ik niets te klagen. Ook een gratis parkeerplaats voor de auto

Kan echt niets verzinnen.

Petit déjeuner, amabilité du personnel, L hôtel était près des grottes à visiter, tickets de réductions pour L entrée du parcours long,(mais malheureusement pas pour le parcours court)

Tutto, ma proprio tutto perfetto !! I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. La struttura tutta pulita, persino il parcheggio è impeccabile. Colazione varia e abbondante, nonostante il periodo di bassa stagione non mancava nulla. Rapporto qualità prezzo..TOP. Ci tornerei sicuramente senza valutare altro. Grazie per l'accoglienza, continuate così. Elena .

Visite turistiche a Pulia

Personale molto disponibile e cortese. Proprietario e manager molto cordiali. Colazione molto gustosa e varia. Diversi ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Posizione ottimale per le visite in Pulia. Un Hotel sicuramente sulla nostra lista da visitare nuovamente.

Solo la ventilazione della camera avrebbe potuto essere migliore. In estate è possibile aprire una finestra, ma al momento c'è un piccolo problema.

La struttura si trova all'ingresso delle grotte buona la camera e si raggiungono vari centri in poco tempo

Soggiorno eccezionale

L'hotel è situato a 100 metri dalle Grotte di Castellana quindi è ideale per chi vuole visitare il meraviglioso sito. Per quanto riguarda la struttura bisogna evidenziare a colazione la presenza di prodotti di qualità, vera Nutella, succhi Santal, confetture Santa Rosa ecc. Buono il dolce e il salato. Cortesia e disponibilità del personale. E da sottolineare in camera comodo il letto con materasso matrimoniale intero e nel bagno la sorprendente immediata disponibilità di acqua calda, cosa che non è facile trovare anche in strutture con una stella in più.

Se proprio si deve trovare il pelo nell'uovo sarebbe stato bello avere qualche presa in più per poter ricaricare il cellulare vicino al letto. Ma ribadisco è proprio per trovare il pelo nell'uovo 😊

Hébergement agréable avec un bon rapport qualité prix.

Chambre située dans un immeuble récent avec accès par ascenseur. Accueil très agréable. Parking privé. Très bon petit déjeuner.

La finition des chambres (décoration, mobilier et équipements) est très basique alors que la structure immobilière est belle et moderne.

Manca poco per raggiungere veramente la Vetta!

Non posso non evidenziare ciò che più ho apprezzato del mio soggiorno presso l'Hotel Vetta Europa nonché: l'estrema gentilezza, cortesia, educazione e professionalità che l'intero staff esprime in ogni situazione. Qualità che spiccano costantemente durante l'intero soggiorno. Purtroppo, col passare del tempo, l'educazione, la gentilezza e la disponibilità verso il cliente stanno andando sempre più in disuso e, ahimè, è sempre più raro ritrovarla. Staff attento alle necessità del cliente e, addirittura, a volte "giocando d'anticipo", quasi se prevedessero le necessità degli stessi. Colazione abbastanza ricca e variegata, comunque sufficiente a rispettare anche le richieste più difficili. Le stanze sono pulitissime ed abbastanza accoglienti. La struttura nel complesso semi-nuova, nella quale tuttavia ancora giacciono piccole accortezze dal sapore "vecchiotto", ma non determinanti per trascorrere comunque un perfetto soggiorno. Ulteriore punto a favore, e non ultimo per importanza, è la posizione che definirei "strategica" rispetto ai principali poli d'interesse turistico, poiché tutti raggiungibili a pochi km di distanza dall'hotel stesso. Pertanto, il voto (10 - il massimo) potrebbe risultare per alcuni "eccessivo" (solamente per coloro che ovviamente ci hanno soggiornato e perciò conosco l'hotel in oggetto), ma è figlio di molteplici elementi valutati, quali appunto: rapporto qualità-prezzo, cordialità e professionalità dello staff, condizioni della struttura/location, posizione logistica e colazione.

Con la stessa onestà con cui ho esplicato il mio giudizio positivo, è doveroso dire anche le piccole, e sottolineo appunto piccole, note negative che, auspico, siano solamente da monito per i titolari dell'hotel a migliorare la loro già splendida struttura. Ciò, affinché riescano ad elevare ancor di più la loro meravigliosa attività. Le uniche "pecche" riscontrate sono strettamente legate alle camere e sono sostanzialmente due, ovvero: 1) Avrei preferito una porta d'accesso alle camere più nuova/moderna e/o più isolante dal corridoio comune, perchè, ad oggi, ci sono delle porte visibilmente datate. Inoltre, meno in linea con le perfette condizioni della location in generale, la quale sembra appunto nuova. 2) Avrei preferito degli infissi nuovi, giacché ancora sono montati quelli di una volta, col telaio in legno ed il vetro singolo. Tuttavia svolgono comunque la loro funzione. Mi rendo conto che possono essere spese esose da affrontare per la sostituzione dei sopracitati/ammodernamento, ma è altrettanto vero che sarebbe un investimento che, sicuramente, non farà altro che aumentare e di riflesso garantire il ritorno, tanto da un punto di vista del gradimento da parte del cliente, quanto da un punto di vista economico.

Best deal you can get

The host was super friendly and quick to respond to all our requests. The rooms were nothing special, but they were clean and for the price a really good deal.

There isn't much parking space in the hotel's property, so if you arrive late you'll have to park the car on the street.

Amazing staff and breakfast.The hotel was located in a lovely location right opposite the Castellana Grotte. Our room was really lovely with a nice balcony. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay again! The town wS just gorgeous!

Best for smokers. Don't go if you do not smoke.

Overall the room and bath were OK with some comments. They meet the basic needs of a short stay. The breakfast was not bad. The towels were replaced on the next day of our stay.

Entering the room was shocking us because a smell from cigarettes were stopping us from breathing. Everything smelled as ashtray - pillows, sheets, cover. The furniture were pretty old. The shower cabin was too small and you cannot move under the shower. Not sure if the room is for smokers or the cleaning stuff smokes in the room while cleaning it...
