and inviting atmosphere. Picture enjoying these spaces with breathtaking views through
floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Yampa Valley. Extend the experience with a
private outdoor balcony from the living room, connecting you to the mountain
landscape. Explore further, finding a meticulously designed mudroom tailored for
mountain living and a well-appointed laundry room for practical needs, ensuring a
smooth transition from outdoor adventures to indoor comfort.
On the same level, the primary suite is a meticulously crafted sanctuary. The room
features a double-sided gas fireplace, creating an inviting atmosphere. The spa-like
bath, with a copper tub and river rock-tiled shower, contributes to an indulgent and
tranquil ambiance. This private retreat invites you to unwind and ensures your mountain

Bedroom 4 – 1 queen murphy bed - 2nd Level - Professional's Suite with ensuite bathroom & dedicated office space.
Bedroom 5 – 1 queen bed - 2nd Level - Barn Room with ensuite bathroom.
