The space
The one bedroom unit has one queen bed.
The two bedroom unit with the rooftop deck has a queen bed and two twins.
The first two bedroom apt has a queen bed, a full bed and a sofa bed.
The second two bedroom apt has two queen beds.
Guest access
You’ll have access to the upstairs two-bedroom unit in building 18, and the back downstairs unit and upstairs unit in building 20.
Other things to note
Pets are welcome but must be kept in the upstairs apartments or in the patios. The pet fee is $50 for small pets and $75 for medium and large-sized pets.
We're excited to host you and ensure you have an amazing time embracing everything that makes Puerto Rico special! Please keep in mind that Puerto Rico is an island that sometimes experiences water and electricity outages. The vibrant atmosphere of Puerto Rico means street noise is part of the experience. If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. Additionally, while we do our best to keep critters away, the tropical weather here means they can be a bit persistent. There are seasonal bugs that are attracted to light, so we advise turning off the lights to encourage them to move away. We're really looking forward to hosting you and ensuring you have an amazing time, embracing everything that makes Puerto Rico special!
