Enjoy this beautifully renovated home with secure, no-contact self-check-in and a security system. The home offers fast WiFi at 538 Mbps, workspaces for laptops, and is equipped with a plush king bed, 4 smart TVs, free parking, and complimentary organic coffee and tea. The bungalow is fully furnished, including a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, and steamer. The living spaces and bedrooms have ceiling fans and the bathroom features a large soaking tub and shower.
Additionally, there is a spacious private backyard with a patio and BBQ grill, as well as multiple outdoor sitting areas where guests are welcome to smoke. The driveway can accommodate up to three cars behind a locked gate. Guests have access to the entire property, excluding the garage and the space behind it. The small locked closet in the front bedroom is off-limits.
Guests can privately self-check-in with a smart lock and have access to the security system. While the owner does not reside at the property, they are only minutes away and available by phone or message to assist with any questions or concerns.
