This is large spacious suite. Carpeted living room and bedroom. Bedroom has blinds and room darkening curtains. Lots of closet space. Bedroom also has its own 35" tv.
Kitchen items available for use:
Coffee maker, pots, pans, bakeware, measuring cups, utensils, can opener, wine opener, flat ware, dish ware for 6. (Cups, mugs, bowls, plates).
In the cupboard: basic spices, salt, pepper, sugar and coffee, oil.
Living room has bright light from skylights.
Dedicated work desk and a blue-tooth soundbar for music.
Also available: hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent.
The whole space is accessible. Below this unit is a long term rental with respectful tenants who come and go at various times. They have the rights to the parking immediately in front of their unit. Parking is off-street on a concrete pad to the left of the garage. This parking is ample and shared with another unit on the property. Walk up a flight of stairs to gain access.
This third acre property contains three separate living spaces and the yard is shared by all. There is a fire pit and a surrounding orchard-like atmosphere. The people below this unit are generally very quiet and do not have a TV or stereo system. Though there are separate heating and cooling controls in this unit, a separate heating and cooling system downstairs can affect this unit as ducting carries air from downstairs. Occasionally one might detect a whiff of incense or food from downstairs. The sunroom is a unique space that gives the mountain views from a certain angle. It is not air conditioned but is heated. It is generally bright but can get pretty warm at various times of the day during the summer due to it's sun exposure. We love it on a cold winter day when the sun is shining through or for early summer breakfasts. It is all windows. The stairs leading up to this unit are wood.
