Renting this property places you directly on Tar Bay, located on the north/east facing side of the island between Georgetown and the airport (approximately 7 minutes from Exuma International Airport - airport code GGT). The beach at Tar Bay is so inviting, you'll find yourself walking for miles effortlessly, even with a drink in hand.
Aquamarine Villa is an expertly designed home with you and your guests in mind. From the expansive oceanfront patio, to the drink bar, to the fact that every bedroom has an ensuite, you'll find every detail was made to perfectly align with your dream vacation. At this home, you'll also find amenities such as: drink fridges, bbq, kayaks, coolers, portable beach loungers, beach umbrellas, and more!

They have a wealth of knowledge about the island and are committed to ensuring you enjoy all Exuma has to offer - hassle free.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:
- Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.
- Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.
- Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (beginning of description).
- Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Insurance:
We are committed to protecting our homes so that all future guests can enjoy them the same way you will, which is why we've partnered with “Superhog: Know Your Guest”, a leading vacation rental guest authenticator & damage insurance provider. Please note that prior to check-in, we will send you more information and ask you to input your details to activate this coverage.

Other Rules:
No parties. No exceeding guest count on property. Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings. Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer. Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules. Note: A 1% non-refundable processing / administrative fee will be due for all cancellations. If rebooking to future dates, this fee will be waived.

We took our family of 5 along with grandparents to Exuma and had the best time at Aquavilla. The home had everything we needed and more. Gorgeous interior, well appointed kitchen, awesome location. 5 stars!

This is a relatively new home, and it was perfect for our family vacation. It's well stocked with everything we needed, sits on a beautiful stretch of protected beach, and was a convenient drive to Georgetown. In addition, the property manager connected us with a fabulous chef, private excursions and provisioned the home for our arrival - made our week in Exuma effortless. We'd highly recommend Aquamarine.

The house was stunning and just as advertised. The property manager was extremely helpful and provided tons of information for our stay. We were extremely happy with the home - it really is incredibly beautiful and extremely well-stocked with anything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation.
