About this apartment rental
Recently updated, this beautiful property encompasses everything that Port Orchard offers. Breathtaking views of the Olympic mountains and the boardwalk of downtown Port Orchard only 1 block away! So many shops, restaurants, and a brew pub within a 5 minute walk. Feeling more adventurous? Try taking the passenger foot ferry from the nearby terminal to Bremerton and then transfer to the Seattle ferry for a wonderful day filled in the big city.
This is a newly remodeled condominium filled with absolute privacy and cozy comfort. There are 2 bedrooms including the master suite (with a King Size Bed) with its own balcony offering even more fantastic views. The guest room is well equipped with a Double (full) Size Bed and small desk so you can take in the views while on your Zoom calls. Each bedroom includes a big screen wall mounted Smart Roku TV and the Family room includes an even larger Roku TV with soundbar and bluetooth capability. Enjoy all of your favorite streams effortlessly by logging into your accounts.
Access includes the main floor, living room, kitchen, laundry, 1/2 bath and private deck as well as the upstairs guest bathroom, guest bedroom, and primary suite (with private balcony) and primary bathroom.
One block from the center of downtown Port Orchard. There are restaurants, bars, and retail shops just a few-minute walk away. There is a passenger ferry nearby that can take you to Bremerton and Seattle. This unit has a HIGH walkability score!
Public Transit, Taxi/Uber is available from your front door. Cars not necessary, there is so much available within five to ten minutes of walking. If you do have a car, you will park right on the street a few steps from the front door and a parking permit will be provided for you.
The kitchen has been completely renovated with all new appliances, cabinets, and the latest offerings including romantic accent lighting. The couch in the Family room turns into a twin bed. There is a gas barbeque on the main balcony that is connected to natural gas (so no unexpected trips to refill a propane bottle). There is plenty of parking on the street with the provided parking permit (1 permit included per stay, up to 14 days per permit).

This is our second time staying here and it is a beautiful, fully equipped condo with gorgeous view.

We will be back! Beautiful view from every room. Bright,clean and up to date furnishings. Convenient location to ferries, charming downtown, and highways. We stayed there to visit my son in the Navy at Bremerton and it was the perfect spot. Beds were super comfortable and the place was graciously stocked with extras. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for us (with family 10 minutes away). Easy walk to restaurants, stores, the foot ferry to Bremerton ($2 - or $1 for seniors - fun ride on an old wooden ferry), well equiped kitchen and laundry, etc. The only negatives: may not want to rent if stairs are a problem for you; sometimes noisy in the evenings from street traffic in "downtown" Port Orchard - although the view of the water and the Olympic Mountains, and Bremerton across the way are worth it.

Bottom Line: When we visit again, we will probably stay here again. Just know that you may find it a bit of a challenge [if you are a senior], that you have to go down steps with luggage, then once you are in the apartment, you have to deal with dragging it upstairs. BOTTOM LINE: The property is very nice, and we will probably stay there on our next visit to Port Orchard.

This was our second time staying in this condo and it did not disappoint! Super clean, comfortable and has amazing views! Hosts are easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would stay again if we needed a place in or near Port Orchard.

This was the perfect accommodation for our visit to Port Orchard. Clean and nicely appointed. Comfortable and relaxing. Location provided an easy walk to restaurants and shops. We really appreciate the kitchen set up with tools, utensils and even basic seasonings, condiments and other staples. We would definitely stay here again.

First time in Port Orchard, but not our first time in the Seattle area. We knew we didn’t want to stay in the city but wanted great access to the ferries to get to the city. Just a quick ferry ride to Bremerton and then a longer trip on a ferry to Seattle. This area of Port Orchard has some great shops and we highly recommend The Coffee Oasis. Their coffee and breakfast sandwiches are delicious! Matt was very responsive when we had questions and the place itself had everything we needed. Great experience!

What a beautiful and well-maintained property. The host thought of everything. They were so prompt with responses and thoughtful as well. They messaged us to ask about setting up a child gate and took care of it themselves. It felt like we were staying with family/friends. They even procured a parking permit when we found out we needed one. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful. We felt truly cared for.

We had a wonderful stay. We were a short walk from coffee and the marina. Great weekend getaway. I was thinking you could walk there from Seattle with the ferries.
