In the middle of Branson but feels like you are in the woods! Relax on the back deck and connect with nature while being so close to everything. This location will get you anywhere in Branson in minutes! Near so much shopping, dining, and entertainment! Located just off of Gretna Road near The Shoppes at Branson Meadows, Sight and Sound theater, the Amish store and more, you will have direct access to all major roads in Branson. Easy to get downtown by way of Hwy 248. Fabulous 2 level with a 3-car garage, 7 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths. Huge lower-level game room and TV area has extra sleeping space with the sleeper sofa/fold out couch. Second lower-level kitchen. Family friendly home has a cute backyard path with firepit and even a kids' playhouse. Fabulous sundeck with outdoor seating. Sleeps 19.

Table Rock Lake is Missouri's premier lake for beauty, water activities, and family fun. Spend the day relaxing in the sand of Moonshine Beach which is just a few miles away or drop your anchor in Chateau Cove and join your family from the lodge for a swim, or tube or wakeboard with a boat rented from the nearby State Park Marina.. Table Rock Lake has everything you're looking for to enjoy a perfect day out on the water!

For only $5 a carload you can take the whole family to Moonshine Beach. This is by far our favorite place to come and relax with friends and family while enjoying the lake. The beach is protected from boat traffic, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. There are covered picnic areas, grills, a big playground.

If you haul down your own watercraft you can store it at the State Park Marina just a quick 4 miles away. State Park Marina also does boat rentals!!

Whether on land, air or water, there are lots of ways to entertain yourself in Branson! This was a great location - close to the strip and Branson landing, but far enough away to get away from the crowds. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and relax. The covered deck on the back of the house was perfect to watch the storms roll through at night and have a cup of coffee in the morning. We had a great stay!

We had 3 families with children ranging from 2-7 years old. This is the best rental property we had ever stayed in. Excellent location, great amenities, plenty of space, very clean, and detailed communications from the property manager made this a great stay.

It was very spacious inside the house and porch/balcony areas. There were a few problems with wasps nests. This was the first out of 8 that had plentiful flatware, glassware and plate for large groups in both kitchens. Really liked the layout of the house it was the perfect setting for a personal home for myself. We would definitely rent again if in the area. My 60th birthday with family was great. The only issues was some stained carpet spots in the bottom layer and a couple stairs leading up. The television in the main family room would not hold a signal for more than 20 minutes at a time that made things a little complicated for movie time. The fire alarm went off when Sunday bruch was being prepared but the smoke alarm didn't go off. We are still a little puzzled about that. Fire department was slow arriving. Glad it wasn't a real fire. Over all I would give it a 4.8 out of 5.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was centrally located to all the spots we wanted to visit. Everything was clean and accurate with the description. We enjoyed the entertainment available for the kids and grown ups!

I messaged Beth at 7 am on Sunday (Mother's Day) as our booked VRBO was a total misrepresentation, unsafe, and filthy. I apologized for contacting her so early on a Sunday and she simply said, "It's my job." Beth graciously made a house ready for us to be in early and saved our vacation. The house was spotless and even better than represented. We wanted for nothing. I would definitely rent this property or, for that matter, any property of Beth's as I trust her to maintain and represent her properties accurately. Thank you so much for saving our vacation. We had a great time in Branson.
