Large and welcoming 5-room apartment (living room with bright window with 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and 43" TV with well-equipped kitchen and dining area with electric oven, fridge and dishwasher; 2 double bedrooms both with large wardrobes available for guests ; a large modern bathroom with bidet, shower, washing machine, dryer, towel warmer radiator; a small bedroom with additional wardrobes and bunk beds), located on the ground floor in the private residential context of the condominium "LE TERRAZZE" located in the center of Sestri Levante in just 60 meters from the wide seafront and the beautiful beach of Baia delle Favole and 500 meters from the characteristic pedestrian area of the historic center which leads to the famous Baia del Silenzio which can be reached in a 10 minute walk from the house. Its location allows you to comfortably reach what is necessary without using means of transport.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is practically free of architectural barriers (presence of only 2 steps at the entrance). It has a small terrace/courtyard in front of the entrance and the internal view of the condominium area guarantees absolute tranquility and silence.
Access to the condominium context is protected by a pedestrian safety gate with code opening and video intercom. This also guarantees a safe and protected large play space for children in the condominium courtyard.
It offers 6 comfortable beds: a double sofa bed in the living room (mattress width 145 cm), a double bed in the first bedroom (mattress width 160cm), a double bed in the second bedroom (mattress width 140 cm). Additional 2 bunk beds for any needs.
The accommodation has a reserved parking space 300 meters away (flat walk), which is very important for the characteristics of Sestri Levante. Since the apartment is on the ground floor and the entrance door is only 20 meters from the public road, loading/unloading luggage is very easy.

For lovers of hiking and mountain biking, the Sestri Levante area has a network of easily accessible paths that extends for over 42 kilometres, most of which overlook the sea and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty . The best-known routes start near the apartment and develop along stretches of exceptional environmental and landscape value: towards the south-east the itinerary that crosses the Punta Manara promontory, which separates Sestri Levante from Riva Trigoso, and the one that leads to Punta Baffe, at the eastern end of the bay of Riva Trigoso and which allows, continuing, to reach Moneglia; towards the north-west the naturalistic and historical excursion to the Rocche di Sant'Anna via the Sentiero del Viandante which allows you to reach the towns of Cavi Vecchia and Santa Giulia on foot or to climb towards Monte Capenardo Sestri Levante is in the center of the Gulf of Tigullio, an area of high tourist attendance. From here in 30/40 minutes you can reach famous places such as Portofino and Cinque Terre. From Milan and Pisa airports, shuttle connection to the Central station, train towards Genoa-La Spezia with a stop in Sestri Levante
From Genoa Colombo airport, shuttle connection to Genoa Piazza Principe railway station, train towards La Spezia with stop in Sestri Levante.
The Sestri train station is about 250 meters from the apartment which can therefore be easily reached on foot with a flat walk
POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS (to be paid in cash at check-in):
1) Tourist tax: period from 1 March to 31 October, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors under the age of 12 are exempt
2) Additional people compared to those booked: 30 euros per night are required for each additional person
3) In case of Check-in outside the 12:00 – 19:00 time slot, an additional €15 is required
4) Each change of linen requested in addition to the first supply is provided at a cost of €15 per person

The property must be kept clean and tidy.
Please do not use more than one high-drain electrical appliance at a time. Failure to do so may result in power outages. In this case, you will have to reactivate the main switch in the electrical panel located on the lower floor identified with the label CAPELLI APP 140/3
Close doors and windows and turn off the air conditioning/heating with the appropriate remote control when you are not at home
When you leave the apartment, dishes, pots, cutlery and glasses must be washed
Next to the entrance to the condominium there is the private ecological island accessible with a key that will be provided to you at check in. The rubbish must be separated following the current municipal rules relating to the collection and recycling of waste using the appropriate bags and placed in the private ecological island.
Animals are not accepted
The pedestrian gate opens with a code that will always be provided to you during check-in
Guests must present identification at check-in.
Carefully keep the keys delivered: any costs resulting from loss, theft or breakage of the keys will be charged
