With sweeping views of 10,000 foot high snow covered mountains and a private golf course, this 9-bedroom, 7,800-square-foot luxury home juts up from the desert landscape as the crowning jewel of this multi-million-dollar neighborhood, Westgate. Westgate is a gated neighborhood within a private country club, and has 0.5 to 1.5 acre estate homes on the golf course. Truly unique.
As an internationally award winning home for its architecture, this sprawling, gated estate is the perfect backdrop for large family gatherings, business events, cultural events, golf outings, celebrations, and romantic getaways. The home features light-flooded living spaces, high end finishes, patios off every room in the home, a pool and spa with a swim-up pool bar, and lush bedroom suites. With TEN massive 10 foot high pocket sliding glass doors (disappearing walls of glass), this home redefines indoor/outdoor living at its finest, bring the surrounding landscape into the home from every room in the house. Artfully-designed spaces invite and delight.
Modern Mansion Oasis can easily accommodate up to 24 guests. The main house includes 6 bedrooms (5 with en suite baths); the guest house features another 3 bedrooms and 2 ensuite baths (one jack-and-jill for the third bedroom), for a total of 9 comfortable sleeping areas.
You’ll arrive via the estate’s private, circular motor court, outfitted with tall Basalt column sculptures, cascading water features, and glass bridges from the motor court to the front door. The entryway is reminiscent of a five-star resort — and the five-star experience doesn’t stop there.
Extraordinary attention to details abounds throughout the residence. The main living space features a relaxing home theater and connects to an open kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. Sunken wet bars, a catering kitchen/butlers pantry, and an outdoor grill and bar make entertaining a breeze. The estate’s various outdoor fireplaces, exquisitely landscaped plots, and covered lounging areas lend themselves well to relaxing and tasteful events.
Each room is furnished with carefully-curated furniture, masterful stonework, and custom art. All bathrooms and showers have custom tile and wood work.
All of this is just a 15-minute drive from downtown Palm Springs, epicenter of culture and art in the Coachella Valley, as well as The River in Rancho Mirage. A top casino is a five minute drive, as well as several other golf courses.
The owners have spared no expense to create a sublime vacation residence. In fact, after each guest departure, the owners upgrade and fine tune the house, furniture, and amenities, to ensure your stay is great. Are you ready for your taste of oasis living?
