'The A-Frame' is newly remodeled and boasts a fresh new vibe. Cozy and private while situated in a commercial district, this home gives guests the best of both worlds. Located on one of Bristol's main entry routes from I-81, this home is easy to find and close to everything. Basically everything in this home is new. The kitchen has new cabinetry, quartz countertops, appliances, cookware and dishware. A separate coffee bar has a standard drip machine and a Keurig for coffee lovers. The two full bathrooms have a custom tile shower with bench seat, new tub/shower combo, new vanities and new lighting. Half bath has a new tile floor and vanity. All three bedrooms have new beds, pillows and accent furniture. All new linens throughout the house as well as a new washer and dryer. The property has been professionally landscaped and a privacy fence allows guests to enjoy the firepit area and outdoor grill. There is a Mediterranean restaurant next door and a coffee shop/bakery two doors down.

'The A-Frame' is just one mile from downtown, home of the "Big Bang" of country music and where the historic Bristol Sign shines over State Street and its plentiful shopping, restaurants and live entertainment. From antique stores and modern art work to custom fitted cowboy hats or tailored clothing, your sure to find what you're looking for at one of the many locally owned stores. Satisfy your hunger with a variety of restaurants, bars and breweries ranging from sandwiches to upscale farm to table options and everything in between. Be sure to grab a ticket, sit back and relax under the stage lights of the Paramount Center for the Arts. From touring musicians and comedians to the annual showing of the Nutcracker, the Paramount has been entertaining folks for nearly 100 years! Live music is simply woven into the fabric of downtown Bristol. Friday night summertime concerts in the streets known as Border Bash are family friendly and showcase the plethora of talented regional musicians. The main act comes every September when streets on both sides of the state line shut down to host the Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion. With over 100 bands on 16+ stages, BR&R celebrates the 1927 Bristol Sessions in style and is considered one of the largest and most affordable musical festivals in the Southeast!

The Bristol Casino (future Hard Rock Casino) is located 2 miles from 'The A-Frame'. The Bristol Casino is currently open while construction on the final project is progressing and a tentative Hard Rock opening date has been set for July 2024. Hard Rock Casino will feature gaming, indoor and outdoor live entertainment facilities along with five restaurants and four bars.

Other popular attractions include "The Worlds Fastest Half Mile" at Bristol Motor Speedway, The Birthplace of Country Music Museum, Bristol Caverns, South Holston Lake and Fly Fishing on the Tailwaters of the Holston River

We spent a wonderful weekend at this location celebrating a friends birthday. The welcome snacks were a very pleasant surprise and much needed. Very updated and clean. Lovely outdoor space for a toddler and bicycle. Also very close to Blackbird Bakery satellite location, even though it is drive-through only. Even though on a busy road the bedrooms are quiet enough for a restful nights sleep. Will be staying again when back in the area. Would be a great location for future festivals.
