• 1 small double fold out bed (suitable for one guest)
• 2 bathrooms & 3 toilets
• 1 utility room next to the kitchen area
• Free Wi-Fi
• 8 seater table which can be used as workspace
• Breakfast bar with seating for 3 people
• U shaped sofa
• First floor balcony
• Front patio on the ground floor with outdoor dining table and chairs

• 1 parking space for a normal sized car
