This one-acre retreat offers serene Blue Ridge Mountain living within walking distance of downtown Brevard. The generous yard features amazing mountain views and comes furnished for outdoor entertainment with highlights like front and back porches, and a gas grill. Downtown restaurants and shops, the Lumberyard, and the Brevard Music Center are all reachable within walking distance of the home.
Start your day with morning coffee on the covered front porch and cap it off out back with drinks and gatherings on the back deck. For a quiet moment of peace, wander down to the swinging bench and gaze out at the mountains.
The gleaming full kitchen boasts all-new countertops, cabinets, and deluxe stainless steel appliances including a gas range/oven. A fireplace, a plush sectional, and a smart TV are the perfect ingredients for family fun in the living room.
The primary suite and private bathroom, plus an additional half-bath are located on the main floor. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom upstairs. Home essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

We stayed for 10 nights. This house is cute and partially updated. Quick and easy walk to downtown. We enjoyed many mornings and late afternoons walking downtown and through the neighborhood. Just a short walk to get onto the greenway. You can walk to Morning Social restaurant (recommended for breakfast) and walk to Noblebräu brewing. Plenty of cute coffee shops downtown as well.
The house had an amazing flat yard with a big back deck. Beautiful trees and a small view of the mountains can be seen from the back. We enjoyed this feature multiple times a day. There is also a big front deck. The master bedroom is very big with a nice shower in the bathroom. And the couch in the living room is comfortable as well. The living room has old wood floors which are beautiful.
The master room runs on its on thermostat and the rest of the house runs on a furnace. We had some issues with it being very hot upstairs but the property maintenance team had someone over immediately and fixed the problem. Everything was nice after that. The only thing negative I would say is that all of the beds are pretty firm, other than than it’s a great house. The whole house flows very nicely and we really loved the yard and having easy access to everything. Would stay here again

Perfect location in Brevard. House is in excellent condition and met our needs perfectly. Exceeded expectations. It looks smaller in the pictures. Great porch in back.

Everything felt fresh and new. So spacious and comfortable. Great view from back deck. Short walk to town for dining and shops. All the amenities you need and dog friendly too! Our family of four really enjoyed our stay!!!

We really enjoyed staying in Brevard Bungalow. Very nice and comfortable home. We are reserving it again in September. You won't be disappointed!

The house had everything we needed. Plenty of room in a location that was close to where we wanted to be. Great back yard and spacious deck.
Upstairs rooms could use some screens on the bedroom windows. Fresh air would have been preferred over A/C.

This house is on a large, well landscaped lot with great front and back porches to enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathrooms were nice with updated features and stocked toiletries. Great location close to Main Street and Pisgah forest. Very responsive communication with Vacasa. I would definitely recommend.

Recently renovated home a few blocks from downtown shopping and dining. Always enjoy Brevard and will definitely try to stay here again.
