Everything about the interior of this new build is fresh and modern, offering an open floor plan where relaxation and entertainment blend seamlessly together. Gather together for a movie night in the living room on plush sofa seating while you search for your favorites on the smart TV. Steps away, the chic dining room table sets the scene for formal meals with seating for 7, while 4 more can grab a high-top stool at the kitchen island. The kitchen itself showcases stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Of course, what trip to Margaritaville would be complete without whipping up your own delicious batch of frozen delights courtesy of your very own margarita maker!
This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.
Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.
The home also includes 2 additional guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower, and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for up to 3 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets. A daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”
Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Please note that guests do not have access to the “Fins Up Club”.
Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
